The relationship between the government and parliament is based on cooperation and balance according to the concept of separation of powers. As the parliament represents the will of the people which justifies that held his legislative jurisdiction ,hence it was necessary to recognize the means of control of parliament . As long as the founder of the Algerian constitutional after constitutional amendment 28 November 1996 adopted a system of two chambers which is the basis of parliament . We will focus in this research on the most important means of parliamentary control in Algerian regime which represented by asking questions, interrogation and investigation . |
