The revolution aims at changing the conditions of a country. It is regarded a sudden movement including a drastic and comprehensive change of all conditions resulting in a change in the social thinking structure of the people. Several jurisprudential tendencies appeared to determine the extent to which the revolution affected the constitution. There is a belief that the revolution leads to the fall of the constitution automatically while others believe that it does not. As for the last tendency, it indicates that the constitutional texts which are related to the past regime are eliminated without affecting the other texts. Then the researcher discussed the revolution of the 25th Jan. , 2011 and its effects on the Egyptian constitution for the year 1971. |
