تشخص الدراسة دعوات الإصلاح في الأردن على ضوء المطالب الإصلاحية والعوامل التي أسهمت بتعزيزها والتحديات التي تواجهها والشروط النظرية لمعالجتها. كما تبين الدراسة طبيعة السياسات الحكومية التي مارستها السلطة التنفيذية خلال العقد الماضي في كل من المجال السياسي والمجال الاقتصادي والتي أثرت تداعياتها على الرضا المجتمعي العام. ولتوضيح ذلك تم توظيف أبرز مؤشرات الاستقرار السياسي والاستقرار الاقتصادي للوقوف على ماهية الممارسات والإجراءات التي قامت بها السلطة التنفيذية وأثرت بالتالي على التوجهات المجتمعية في مختلف مجالات الحياة خاصة عند قوى الحراك السياسي من جانب، وعلى النواحي الاقتصادية للدولة والأفراد ممثلة بالتضخم والبطالة وزيادة حجم المديونية العامة ومعدل النمو الاقتصادي والشفافية، من جانب آخر. تقوم الدراسة على فرضية رئيسية مفادها "هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مخرجات السياسات والإجراءات التي قامت بها السلطة التنفيذية وبين تنامي مطالب الإصلاح المجتمعية في الأردن". لذا تم استخدام كل من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي لتشخيص الواقع الذي أدى إلى تنامي الدعوات المطالبة بالإصلاح نتيجة الأثار السلبية للسياسات والإجراءات الحكومية ذات العلاقة بالجانبين السياسي والاقتصادي . وأخيرا، خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات يتمثل أبرزها بأن السياسات الحكومية لها علاقة مباشرة في تنامي المطالب المجتمعية، لما تركته من نتائج سلبية على واقع مكونات الدولة الأردنية. وأن التعاون على الدوام مع المجتمع من خلال تياراته وقواه في رسم السياسات والشراكة الفاعلة في تنفيذها هي الرهان الأمثل للتقليل من آثارها في المرحلة الراهنة والمستقبلية.
Study characterizes the calls for reform in Jordan in the light of the demands reform and the factors that have contributed to strengthen and challenges faced by the theory and the conditions for processing. The study also shows the nature of government policies practiced by the executive branch over the past decade in both the political and economic repercussions which have affected the general community satisfaction. To illustrate the employment of the most prominent indicators of political stability and economic stability to determine what practices and procedures carried out by executive authority and influenced thereby to the policy community in various areas of life, especially when the forces of the political movement of the hand, and on the economic aspects of the state and individuals represented by inflation, unemployment and increase the size of public debt and the rate of economic growth and transparency of the other hand. The study stands on the hypothesis that "There is correlation between the outputs of policies and measures taken by the executive branch and the growing demands of the Reform community in Jordan". Therefore, the use of both Descriptive and analytical approach and Statistical approach for the diagnosis of the reality that led to the growing calls for reform as a result of the negative effects of government policies and procedures related to the political and economic sides. Finally, the study found a number of conclusions and recommendations is that the most important government policies directly related to the growing demands in the community, the legacy of negative results on the reality of the components of the Jordanian state. And the cooperation has always been with the community through the currents and forces in policy-making and effective partnership in the implementation are the best bet to reduce their impact on the current stage and future.
