المستخلص: The component of identity (ethnicity, language, and religion) has an effective impact in pacific coexistence which is the identified demographic formation any where inspite of exisiting conflicts. The region of Darfur is characterized by a high density of population with various ethnic and racial referential and is distinguished with a diverse climate which made agriculture and grazing the dominant crafts in the region . Natural conditions, especially the unstability of rain from one year to another contributed to the traditional conflicts witnessed by the region recently and the past, but these conflicts haven’t relations to the principal components of identity in Darfur(,ethnic, language, religion), as they were related to local causes such as scarcity of resources, weakness of native administration and land ownership (Hawakeer) and other political, and developmental, aspects related to the center of the sudan . In contrast, the components of that identity played a principal role in the peaceful coexistence between the various demographic elements of this disturbed region, All the people of Darfur, Muslims and local languages and dialects were not in confrontation with the Arabic language, and the tribe has played the role of the Social Security institution. Thus, the components of identity in Darfur, kept away from disturbing the life of the different ethnic groups in the region. All the ingredient of identity in Darfur were compatible with local customs, because the local culture was confirmed by all the community and is addressing coexistence in it’s broader sense, that diminishes struggle and conflict
