انصب البحث في دراسة موقف حسن حنفي من ثبوت الوحي؛ فتم عرض موقفه هذا من خلال عرض الأصول الفكرية التي بني عليها موقفه من ثبوت الوحي، وموقفه من ثبوته، وتظهر أهمية هذا البحث في كونه يجلي موقف أحد أبرز المعاصرين الذين أخذوا على عاتقهم تجديد التراث وإعادة قراءة الإسلام من ثبوت الوحي، ومناقشته مناقشة علمية مؤصلة بالكتاب والسنة وفهم سلف الأمة. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة ومدخل ومبحثين وخاتمة، من أهم ما تناولته التعريف بصاحب الموقف، والأصول الفكرية لمنهجه الذي بني عليه رأيه في ثبوت الوحي، وموقفه من ثبوته، وتفنيد رأيه في ذلك تفنيدا علميا، وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن حسن حنفي وهو يعيد قراءة نصوص الإسلام، لم يلتزم بأسس ومسلماته وأصول السلف في فهم نصوصه، وكان من نتيجة ذلك: أنه قطع صلة الوحي بالله، وأسقط حجيته، وأخضعه للنقد والدراسة، وأفرغه من معناه وأخضعه للفهم البشري القاصر، ولم يلتمس ثبوت نزوله عن طريق نصوص الشرع، بل أخضعه للتجارب الإنسانية والواقع المعيش، ولذا فإني أنبه من خلال هذه الدراسة على خطر من يعيدون فهم نصوص الشرع على ثوابت المعتقد، وأوصى بضرورة الاهتمام بطرحهم، وتفنيده تفنيدا علميا، تجنيبا للناس من شطحاتهم الفكرية، وصونا للإسلام من فكرهم المغلوط.
The study focused on Mohammed Hanafi position on the revelation authenticity. It outlined this position through the presentation of the intellectual basis he relied on to form his ideas about the revelation authenticity. The importance of this study lies in its demonstration of the position of one of the most eminent contemporary advocate for modernity - those who claim to have independent reasoning (diligence) and enlightenment and contemporary views- regarding revelation authenticity and in its scientific debate and argument which is based on the Quran, the Sunnah "i.e. the teachings of the prophet", and the understanding of the scholars of the first generations of the Muslims. The study consists of an introduction, preface, two chapters and a concluding chapter. It contained a short biography of Hanafi, the theoretical background for the methodology he relied on to form an understanding regarding revelation authenticity, his position regarding revelation authenticity, and proving him wrong in his conclusions by following a scientific approach in tracing his arguments. As a result of his approach, he cut the bond between the revelation text and God. He dealt with the revelation text as if it is written by humans, and hence removed its sacredness, and denounced its authority. Therefore, I would like to warn through this paper from the danger of the people who are trying to understand and interpret the Sharia’s texts without paying attention to the undisputed rules and fundamental facts that there is a already consensus on. I would like also to recommend that we pay close attention to their theories and ideas by showing through valid scientific arguments their wrong conclusions and findings to protect the public from their incorrect understanding and safeguard Islam from their erroneous thoughts.
