هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مستوى جودة خدمات دور الأيتام في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر النزلاء، وعلاقة مستوى جودة هذه الخدمات، باختلاف جنس النزيل، وعمره، ومستوى تحصيله، والمدة التي أمضاها في المؤسسة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طور الباحثان أداة لقياس درجة مستوى جودة خدمات دور الأيتام في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر النزلاء بعد استخراج صدقها وثباتها، حيث طبقت على عينة تمثلت في نزلاء المؤسسات الإيوائية في شمال الضفة الغربية من المرحلة العمرية (6- 18)، اختيروا بطريقة عينة طبقية عشوائية.بلغ حجمها (54) نزيلا ونزيلة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لمستوى جودة خدمات دور الأيتام في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر النزلاء كانت متوسطة، حيث بلغت قيمة متوسط النسبة المئوية الكلية لاستجابات المبحوثين على جميع الفقرات لجميع المجالات (69.1%). كما أظهرت نتائج فحص الفرضيات عدم وجود فروق في مستوى جودة الخدمات على جميع المجالات، وعلى الدرجة الكلية لمستوى جودة مستوى جودة خدمات دور الأيتام في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر النزلاء تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمدة التي أمضاها النزيل في المؤسسة كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ α) في درجة مستوى جودة خدمات دور الأيتام في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر النزلاء تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي وتحديداً على مجال الخدمات الثقافية والتعليمية، حيث تبين أن هناك فروقا في درجة مستوى جودة الخدمات الثقافية والتعليمية بين النزلاء من مستوى تعليمي ابتدائي فأقل، وبين النزلاء من مستوى تعليمي إعدادي لصالح مستوى تعليمي إعدادي، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة فقد خلص الباحثان إلى عدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة العمل على رفع مستوى الخدمات الثقافية والتعليمية، وذلك بتصميم البرامج التعليمية والثقافية الحديثة والمدروسة، التي تتناسب مع قدراتهم ومرحلتهم العمرية.
This study aimed to identify the level of quality of services for the orphanages in the northern governorates in the West Bank from the dwellers point of views. It also tries to identity the sex, the age, the qualification and the time that the dweller has stayed in these institutions. To achieve this goal, the researchers have developed a tool to measure the degree of evaluation for the orphanages in the northern governorates in the West Bank from the dwellers point of view. The validity and reliability of the tool of the study measured were, The tool was applied on a sample that represented the dwellers of the orphanages in North West Bank. The sample covered the ages from (6 – 18).The sample was randomly chosen and it consisted of (54) male and female dwellers. The results of the study showed the total degree for the evaluation of the orphanages in the northern governorates in the West Bank from the dwellers point of view. The mean percentage for the subjects responses to all the items of the questionnaire reached (69.1%). The results of examining the hypothesis showed that there are no significant differences in the evaluation degree on all the fields and on the total evaluation degree for all the orphanages services in the northern governorates due to the variable of sex , and the period that the dweller spent in the a institutions. The results also showed that there are significant differences at (α ≤ 0. 05) In the evaluation degree due to the variable of the educational level in general and the educational and cultural field in specific in that it showed that there are significant differences in the evaluation degree for the educational and cultural services among the dwellers from the elementary and preparatory level, In the light of the study results, the researchers gave a number of recommendations: It is necessary to raise the educational and cultural level for the dwellers by designing modern educational and cultural programs which are suitable for their abilities and age. \
