هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن حرمة الحياة الإنسانية بين القانون الوضعي والشريعة الإسلامية من خلال إشكالية تطبيق وتدويل الحريات العامة وحقوق الإنسان. حيث أشار إلى أن حقوق الإنسان ومفاهيم الحريات العامة التي نحرص أن تسود هي تلك الحريات والحقوق التي تحترم المبادئ والقواعد القائمة على اختلاف الأديان وإقرار العبودية لله، واحترام الخصوصية الطبيعية لكل مجتمع. كما أكد البحث على انه في الوقت الحاضر يجري العبث بمصير الشعب السوري بعيدا عن مبادئ وقواعد حقوق الإنسان ومفهومها الحقيقي، حيث نجد تغييب مستمر لإرادة الشعوب ومصالحها عند اتخاذ الإجراءات وتحديد المعالجات. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الحريات العامة وحقوق الإنسان المزيفة باتت سلاحا فعالا تلجأ إليه أو تمارسه العديد من الدول، وخاصة أمريكا والدول الغربية والنظم السياسية الأخرى في النظام الدولي الراهن، وذلك بغية التأثير على المجتمعات المستهدفة والدول، العربية والإسلامية صديقة كانت أم عدوة، باتجاه إيجاد تقبل للأفكار والاتفاقيات والإعلانات الوضعية وتكوين قناعات تؤمن مصالحها الاستراتيجية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The current research aims to uncover the inviolability of human life between the positive law and the Islamic law through the problematic implementation and internationalization of public freedoms and human rights. It pointed out that the human rights and concepts of public freedoms that we are keen to disseminate are those freedoms and rights that respect the principles and rules based on the different religions and the acknowledgment of devotion to Allah, and respect the natural privacy of each society. The research also stressed that at the present time, the fate of the Syrian people is being manipulated away from the principles and rules of human rights and its real concept, where there is a constant removal of the will of the people and their interests when taking action and identifying remedies. The results found that public freedoms and false human rights have become an effective weapon, which many countries resort to or practise, especially America, Western countries and other political systems in the current international system. That is in order to influence the targeted societies and the Arab and Islamic countries, whether allies or enemies, to encourage ideas, agreements and positive declarations acceptance and to instill convictions that secure their strategic interests.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
