هدف البحث الى تقويم الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الموصل من خلال:-التعرف على الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الموصل.-التعرف على دلالة الفروق للممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة. وافترض الباحثان ما يأتي:- لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين متوسطات الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة). واعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لملائمته وطبيعة البحث، واستخدم الاستبيان وسيلة لجمع البيانات بعد تصميمه على وفق الخطوات العلمية، اذ اعد الباحثان استبيانا تضمن (٥١) فقرة بصيغته النهائية مستكملا شرطي الصدق والثبات وموزعة على (5) محاور هي:1-محور التخطيط للدرس.٢-محور تنفيذ الدرس واستخدام الاجهزة والادوات.٣-محور أدارة الصف والتعامل مع التلاميذ.٤-محور الاعداد المهني.٥-محور التقويم، وكل فقرة من الاستبيان تعبر عن ممارسة معينة. وتكون مجتمع البحث من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية لمدارس البنين والبنات للمرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الموصل والبالغ عددهم (201)واشتملت عينة البحث على (١٥٩) معلم ومعلمه بواقع (٦٥) معلما، و (94) معلمة موزعة تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي (دار ، معهد ، كلية ) وسنوات الخبرةبعد جمع البيانات من افراد عينة البحث تم معالجتها احصائيا باستخدام اختبار (ت) لعينتين غير مرتبطتين وتحليل التباين (ف) واختبار شيفيه لاختبار فروق المتوسطات. اهم الاستنتاجات:-امتلاك معلمو ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مدينة الموصل قدرا كافيا من الممارسات التدريسية لدرس التربية الرياضية.-تفوق معلمو التربية الرياضية بالممارسات التدريسية على المعلمات باستثناء محور ادارة الصف والتعامل مع التلاميذ اذ تفوقت فيه المعلمات.اهم التوصيات:-ان تقوم كل من مديرية النشاط الرياضي والكشفي ومديرية الاعداد والتدريب في المديرية العامة لتربية نينوى بالتنسيق مع عمادة كلية التربية الرياضية /جامعة الموصل بفتح دورات تطويرية تخصصية للكادر التدريسية في مؤسسات اعداد معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية يحضرها السادة المشرفين التربويين للتربية الرياضية في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة نينوى. - ان تقوم مديرية الاعداد والتدريب لتربية نينوى وبالتعاون مع عمادة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل باشراك معلمي التربية الرياضية من خريجي هذه الكلية بدورات تطويرية مركزة حول تنفيذ الدرس واستخدام الاجهزة والادوات الرياضية.اهم المقترحات:-الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في المرحلة الابتدائية وعلاقتها باتجاه تلاميذهم نحو درس التربية الرياضية.-الممارسات التدريسية لمدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات.
This study drives at evaluating the actual teaching practices of Physical education teachers ( both males and females ) of primary schools in the city of Mosul . This objective is to be achieved through the following :- For evaluating the actual teaching practices of physical education teachers ( males and females ) of primary schools in mosul.- Identifying the significant differences of the teaching practices of physical education teachers ( both males and females ) according to the variable of sex , educational qualification and experience TO achieve the third objective , the researcher has proposed thefollowing hypotheses :- There is no significant difference between the average of total teaching practices of physical education teachers ( both males and females ) of primary schools according to ( sex variable , the variable of experience, and academic qualification variable )The researcher has employed the descriptive approach through a survey suitable to the type of research he conducts .He also used a questionnaire as a means for data collection in accordance with the scientific method . The questionnaire consists of 51 items whose final formula was checked for verifiability and reliability ( The questionnaire items ) being distributed along five axes as follows :1- The axis of preparing and the lesson scheaming .2- The axis of implementing the lesson and using the devices and tools.3- The axis of conducting the lesson and dealing with the pupils .4- The axis of comprehending fully the topic to be taught .5- The axis of evaluating the teaching unit .Each item in the questionnaire expresses a single practice.The research group encompasses 159 teachers , 65 males and 94 females distributed according to the variables of sex , academic qualification ( Teaching preparation , institute or college ) and years of experience . After data have been collected from the research group, the statistics treated through a ( T ) test for two separated samples then analyzing the variable ( C) and cheve test to check the average differenceThe researcher has concluded :- Teachers of physical education no matter where they studied or years of experience in Mosul , have acquired a considerable degree of teaching practices in teaching physical education to primary school pupils .- Male teachers of physical education no matter where they stndred or years of experience than female teachers .The researcher provides the following recommendation :- Requesting the secondary school appointments section in the directorate of education at Nineveh Governorate to have the graduates of the Collage of physical education exclusively appointed in the secondary schools. - Asking the directorate of atheletics & scouting in the directorate of education at Nineveh Governorate to co-ordinate with the directorate of occupation training to have all the physical education teachers ( both males and females ) participate in training , developing and referring courses stressing the topics to be taught at schools and methods of evaluationThe researcher has suggested the following- Teaching practices of physical education teachers ( both males and females ) of primary schools and their relation to their pupils attitude towards physical education- Teaching practices of physical education teachers ( both males and females ) and their relation to some variable .
