1- التعـرف علـى نـسبة مـساهمة كـل مـن درس التربيـة الرياضـية والتـدريب الفرقـي فـي تطـوير القابليات البدنية والمهارية من وجهة نظر مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية. 2- التعرف على عدد الراغبين من المدرسين والمدرسات في امتهان مهنة التدريس او التدريب. امـا فـرض البحـث فـشمل علـى ان التـدريب ألفرقـي اكثـر مـساهمة فـي تطـوير القابليـات البدنيـة والمهارية للألعاب المنظمة في المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المـسح لملائمتـه وطبيعـة البحـث امـا عينـة البحـث فاشـتملت علـى ( ٦٧ ) مدرسـا ومدرسـة اذ بلـغ عـدد المدرسـين ( ٣٦ ) وعـدد المدرسـات ( ٣١ ) وهـم مـن محافظة نينوى موزعين على أقضية الموصل وتلعفر والحمدانية. امـا اداة البحـث فقـد اسـتخدمت اسـتمارة الاسـتبيان كـأداة للحـصول علـى البيانـات وتـم توزيعهـا على المدرسين والمدرسات لغرض الإجابة على محتوى الاستمارة. واستخدمت النسبة المئوية كوسيلة إحصائية لتحليل نتائج البحث والتوصل الى النتائج، واهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحثان هي :- 1- ان عـدد الـساعات المخصـصة لـدرس التربيـة الرياضـية والتـدريب الفرقـي غيـر كافيـة للوصـول الى الاهداف المرجوة في تطوير القابليات البدنية والمهارية للطلبة. 2- التدريب الفرقي اكثر مساهمة وبنـسبة ( ٧٧.٥٢ ) فـي تطـوير القابليـات البدنيـة والمهاريـة فـي الألعاب المنظمة حسب أراء المدرسين مقارنة بدرس التربية الرياضية. واهم التوصيات :- 1- ان يكون نـصاب مدرس التربيـة الرياضية ( ١٤ ) سـاعة وزيادة عـدد ساعات التـدريب ألفرقي الى ( ٨ ) ساعات أسبوعياً ، 2- حث المدرسات على ممارسة التدريب الفرقي ومهنة التدريب، 1- Identify the percentage of participation of everyone who studies physical education and team training in developing physical abilities and skills from the point of view of physical education teacher. 2- Identify the number of teachers who wish to be teacher or trainer Where as، the hypothesis of the present paper includes team training rather than contributor of skillful and physical abilities improvement for organized games in secondary and intermediate schools. And descriptive method with saucy style has bean used in this reseeds the research nature، while research sample includes ( 67 ) male and female lectures then the number of male ( 67 ) and female ( 31 )، they are from Nineveh Governorates distributed on Mosul eliminations. The important conclusions that the researchers were reached are the following:- 1- The number of hours which specified for physical education lesson and team training is not enough for in coming required aims in improving physical and skillful abilities of the students. 2- Team training more contributor in rate ( 52.77) in improving skillful and physical abilities in organized games، as lectures opinion in comparison with physical education lesson. The important recommendations :- 1- Time of teaching of physical education lecturer can be ( 14 ) hours، and increasing team training hours to ( 8 ) hours weekly. 2- Motivating female lecturer in practicing team training، and training profession. |
