- Constructing a measure of seriousness in the work of employees in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters and BA)in the faculties of the University of Mosul. - Evaluating the degree of seriousness at work and psychological instability among workers in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul. - Identify the relationship between the degree of seriousness in the work and psychological stability among workers in the units of physical education and technical certification campaign (Doctoral, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul. Used the descriptive method-style survey and the correlation is adequate to the nature of the research, which included the research community to workers in the units of physical education and technical colleges of the University of Mosul for the year (20102011), who are teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA), and numbered ( 80) a teacher, distributors to colleges of the University of Mosul, the (20) College, and included the search tool on the scale (hard work), prepared by researchers adoption of the steps and the scientific procedures in the preparation of standards, and included identification of areas of the scale, and the formulation of the paragraphs of each area, and certified experts, and certified content, were prepared Guidelines for the measurement, and statistical analysis of the paragraphs bakacad (groups Almtdhad, and coefficient of internal consistency), was confirmed the stability of the standard manner (equity dissident style paragraphs (odd and even)), and use a scale (emotional stability), the researchers used statistical means the following: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of simple correlation, and test (T), and equation (Spearman - Brown), and medium premise of the scale, and the percentage. - The researchers reached the following conclusions: - The effectiveness of the scale, which was prepared for measuring the degree of seriousness in working conditions for workers in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul. - Working in the units of physical education and technical degree holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) teachers of physical education and technical colleges of the University of Mosul, in general have much serious work and the stability of myself higher than average premise of the scale, indicating the enjoyment seriously and stability of the positive psychological impact well on the action sports university, in terms of turnout students to practice sports and to participate. - The presence of positive significant correlation coefficient between the degree of seriousness in the work and psychological instability among workers in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul, increasing the degree of psychological stability have a positive influence on the degree of seriousness in the work.
- بنـاء مقیـاس الجدیـة فـي العمـل للعـاملین فـي وحـدات التربیـة الریاضـیة والفنیـة مدرسـي التربیـة الریاضـیة فـي كلیـات جامعة الموصل. - تقویم درجة الجدیة في العمل والاستقرار النفسي لـدى العـاملین فـي وحـدات التربیـة الریاضـیة والفنیـة مدرسـي التربیـة الریاضیة في كلیات جامعة الموصل. - التعرف الى العلاقة بین درجة الجدیة في العمل والاستقرار النفسي لدى العاملین في وحدات التربیة الریاضـیة والفنیـة في كلیات جامعة الموصل. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والارتبـاطي لملائمتـه وطبیعـة البحـث، اشـتمل مجتمـع البحـث علـى العـاملین فـي وحـدات التربیـة الریاضـیة والفنیـة فـي كلیـات جامعـة الموصـل للعـام (٢٠١٠-٢٠١١)، وهـم مدرسـي التربیـة الریاضیة، والبالغ عددهم (٨٠) مدرسا، موزعین على كلیات جامعة الموصل الـ(٢٠) كلیة، واشتملت أداة البحث على مقیاس (الجدیة في العمل) الذي أعده الباحثون باعتماد الخطوات والإجراءات العلمیة في أعداد المقاییس، والمتضمنة تحدید مجـالات المقیاس، وصیاغة فقرات كـل مجـال، وصـدق الخبـراء، وصـدق المحتـوى، وتـم أعـداد تعلیمـات المقیـاس، والتحلیـل الإحـصائي للفقـرات بأسـلوبي (المجمـوعتین المتـضادتین، ومعامـل الاتـساق الـداخلي)، وتـم التأكـد مـن ثبـات المقیـاس بطریقـة (الأنـصاف المنشقة بأسلوب الفقرات (الفردیة والزوجیة)، واستخدم مقیـاس (الاسـتقرار النفـسي)، واسـتخدم البـاحثون الوسـائل الإحـصائیة الآتية: المتوســط الحــسابي، والانحـراف المعياري، ومعامـل الارتبـاط البـسیط، واختبــار(ت)، ومعادلـة (سـبیرمان- بــارون)، والمتوسط الفرضي للمقیاس، والنسبة المئویة. وقد توصل الباحثون الى الاستنتاجات الآتیة: - فاعلیة المقیاس الذي تم بناءه لقیاس درجة الجدیـة فـي العمـل للعـاملین فـي وحـدات التربیـة الریاضـیة والفنیـة مدرسـي التربیة الریاضیة في كلیات جامعة الموصل. - العاملون في وحدات التربیة الریاضیة والفنیة مدرسو التربیة الریاضیة والفنیة في كلیات جامعة الموصـل، بـصورة عامـة یتمتعون بدرجة جدیة في العمل واستقرار نفسي اعلى من المتوسط الفرضي للمقیاس، مما یدل على تمـتعهم بجدیـة واسـتقرار نفسي ایجـابي یـؤثر بـصورة جیـدة علـى العمـل الریاضـي الجـامعي، مـن حیـث اقبـال الطلبـة علـى ممارسـة الأنـشطة الریاضـیة والمشاركة بها. - وجود علاقة ارتباط ایجابیة بین درجة الجدیة في العمـل والاستقرار النفـسي لـدى العـاملین فـي وحـدات التربیـة الریاضـیة والفنیة مدرسي التربیة الریاضیة في كلیات جامعة الموصل، فزیادة درجـة الاستقرار النفـسي تـؤثر ایجابیـا علـى درجـة الجدیـة في العمل.
