المستخلص: After attempting to examine and aiialyze the three documents, it became clear that the Ottoman leaders in Yemen wanted, through these correspondences, to convince the sultans of Al-Kathir (the sultans of Al-Katheri government in Seiyon) to take sides with them in their political and military conflict against Britain. They use Islamic religion which connects them (Al-Kathir and the Turkish) as a means to carry out those strategies and goals of the Ottoman government in Hadramout. Though the sultans of Al-Kathir do not want to make the Ottomans angry and in the meantime their interest lies in concealing their attitude against the British. Whatsoever, the sultans of Al-Kathir were able to administer the crisis effectively and preserve their interests, the continuation of their state, and the living of their citizens in the areas of their influence at wadi Hadramout. This can be attributed to their strong fear from Britain, the ally of Al-Qaitti who is predominating large areas of the coasts and interlands of Hadramout, especially the two seaports, Mukalla and Haciramout. They are the only inlets which supply the villages and cities at wadi Hadramout vith foodstuffs imported from the Hadrami migrate minorities in Southeast Asia and East Africa.
