|e هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المواقف الأمريكية تجاه الثورات العربية وتأثيرها على التفاعلات الإقليمية. وتناولت الدراسة مخطط الشرق الأوسط الكبير وتنفيذه والسعي لاستكمال المخطط. و ناقشت الدراسة الدور الأمريكي في عرقلة الحالة المصرية، ومدى تأثير المواقف الأمريكية على دوائر الاستقطاب الإقليمي. كما ناقشت الدراسة موقف تركيا من السياسة الأمريكية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وموقف إيران من مسار العلاقات الأمريكية الإيرانية، ودوافع اقتراب بعض دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي من مصر. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المواقف الأمريكية المتناقضة تجاه ما حدث في ثورات ودول الربيع العربي أضفت غموضا متعمدا على حقيقة ما حدث من تطورات في هذه الدول وبصفة خاصة مصر، الأمر الذي بعث برسالة خاطئة للآخرين تزيد من احتمال وقوع دول أخري في خطأ تقييمها لأحداث هذه الثورات وتطوراتها. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك انحساراً في الدور الدولي والإقليمي الأمريكي لاسيما بعد توجه واشنطن إستراتيجياً نحو آسيا ولكنها ستظل ذات وزن راجح في تطورات منطقة الشرق الأوسط لفترة قادمة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The study aimed at shedding light on the American attitudes towards the Arab revolutions and their impact on the regional interactions. The study dealt with the plan of the Greater Middle East and its implementation and seeking to complete the scheme. The study discussed the American role in blocking the Egyptian situation, and the impact of the American positions on the circles of the regional polarization. Moreover, the study discussed Turkey's position on the US policy in the region of the Middle East, Iran's position on the course of the American-Iranian relations, and the motives of some GCC countries to approach Egypt. The results of the study concluded that the contradictory American attitudes toward what happened in the revolutions and the Arab Spring countries added a deliberate ambiguity to the reality of the developments in these countries, especially Egypt, the fact that sent the wrong message to others increases the possibility of other countries. That message could increase the likelihood that other countries would err in their assessment of the events and developments of these revolutions. The results of the study showed that there is a decline in the international and regional role of the United States, especially after Washington's strategic approach to Asia, but it will continue to be of great significance in the developments of the Middle East for a period to come.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
