|e هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الحلقة 28 من الموسوعة السياسة المعاصرة. وتناولت الدراسة تعريف مصطلح الربيع العربي من وجهة نظر وسائل الأعلام الغربية والباحثين والمحللون. وناقشت الدور الإقليمي للدول غير العربية في الشرق الأوسط، ومبادرة الدول العربية في تبني سياسة الحوار والتعاون. كما ناقشت الدراسة دور العالم الغربي في تطبيق الديمقراطية ومكافحة الإرهاب الدولي، ومفهوم العالم الغربي والديمقراطية والإرهاب. وتطرقت الدراسة إلى علاقة الإرهاب الدولي بالعنف في الدول العربية. كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى الفراغ الاستراتيجي في المنطقة العربية، وتأثير العمليات الإرهابية على دول المنطقة، وعلاقة إسرائيل بالولايات المتحدة، وتأثير الجماعات الإرهابية على المجتمع الدولي والإقليمي والمحلي. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى انه لا يمكن لشعوب منطقة الشرق الأوسط القضاء على الفقر وبلوغ الثراء والتمتع بالسلام والرخاء الدائمين، إلا من خلال جهود دؤوبة وروح مثابرة ومحفزة على التشييد والبناء، بدلاً من التدمير العشوائي. ومن حق شعوب المنطقة أن تأمل بشغف في أن تتمخض كل هذه الإرهاصات عن تطبيق قيم ومبادئ ثورات الربيع العربي بإقامة أنظمة سياسية أكثر فعالية وظروف معيشية أفضل وأنظمة اجتماعية أكثر عدالة وإنسانية توفر العيش الكريم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The study aimed at shedding light on the 28th episode of the Encyclopedia of the Contemporary Politics. The study dealt with the definition of the term: Arab Spring, from the point of view of the Western media, the researchers and the analysts. It discussed the regional role of non-Arab countries in the Middle East and the initiative of the Arab countries to adopt a policy of dialogue and cooperation. Moreover, the study discussed the role of the Western world between applying democracy and combating the international terrorism, the concept of the Western world, democracy and terrorism. The study dealt with the relationship of the international terrorism to violence in the Arab countries, as well as it touched upon the strategic vacuum in the Arab region, the impact of the terrorist operations on the countries of the region. Furthermore, the study discussed the Israel's relationship with the United States and the influence of the terrorist groups on the international, regional and local communities. The results of the study concluded that the peoples of the Middle East could not eradicate poverty, gain wealth and enjoy the lasting peace and prosperity, except through steady effort and a persevering and motivating spirit of construction, rather than indiscriminate destruction. It is the right of the peoples of the region to eagerly hope that all these threats will result in the application of the values and principles of the Arab Spring revolutions by establishing more effective political systems, better living conditions and more just and humane social systems that provide decent living.
