مما لا شك فيها أن مجتمعنا المصري قد عانى الكثير والكثير من مظاهر التعليم السيئ، وان اهم أسباب إعاقة مجتمعنا عن التحضر هو التعليم المصري بمشكلاته ومساوئه، ولقد تحدث الكثير من فلاسفة التعليم والإصلاح والتنوير عن كيفية إصلاح هذا التعليم الفاسد والبعض الآخر يعرض لأسباب وصول التعليم المصري لهذا الحال المتردي. وإن من دعائم المنهج الوصفي إعطاء بيانات واضحة ولا لبس فيها عن ظواهر المجتمعات مما يتسنى وفقا لهذه البيانات والمعلومات أن يتم توجيه الدعم والإرشاد والتغير إلى الوجهة الصحيحة والطريق السليم. وقد خلصت النتائج إلى: 1-وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات المعلمين/ المعلمات على أبعاد مقياس التسلطية والدرجة الكلية للمقياس ودرجاتهم على أبعاد مقياس سوء التوافق المهني والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، مما يشير إلى أن التسلطية لدى المعلمين/ المعلمات ترتبط إيجابيا بسوء التوافق المهني لديهم. 2-عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث على جميع أبعاد مقياس التسلطية والدرجة الكلية للمقياس. 3-وجود أثر دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية (ابتدائي/ إعدادي/ ثانوي) في تباين درجات المعلمين/ المعلمات على جميع أبعاد مقياس التسلطية والدرجة الكلية للمقياس. 4-عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الأصغر والأكبر سنا على جميع أبعاد مقياس التسلطية والدرجة الكلية للمقياس.
