يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الشرط والتطبيق عليه من خلال آيات الأحكام في سورة الطلاق، ومفهوم الشرط هو أحد أقسام مفهوم المخالفة، وقد تناولت بداية الجانب النظري لمفهوم الشرط، فتكلمت عن المفهوم وبينت أقسامه، ثم تكلمت عن مفهوم المخالفة، وأقسامه وشروطه، بعد ذلك انتقلت إلى الحديث عن محور بحثي وهو مفهوم الشرط كأحد أقسام مفهوم المخالفة، فعرفته، وبينت أدوات الشرط اللغوي، ثم ذكرت الخلاف في حجية مفهوم الشرط، والراجح من الأقوال. بعد ذلك انتقلت إلى الجانب التطبيقي لمفهوم الشرط في آيات الأحكام في سورة الطلاق، وذلك في خمس آيات منها، ففسرت الآية تفسيراﹰ مختصراﹰ، وبينت دلالة الآية، ومفهوم الشرط فيها، والخلاف الفقهي في المسألة إن وجد، وأثر مفهوم الشرط في ذلك الخلاف.
