تمسُّ الحاجة في هذه الأيام إلى بيان هدي النبي في التحذير من الفساد سواءً في المال أو الإدارة، وقد حفلت السنة النبوية بشواهد عديدة في هذا المجال بالإضافة إلى ما تضمنته من علاج للفساد من خلال تشريع بعض الأحكام لمعالجته عند وقوعه. ولا شك أن الأمة لا بدَّ لها من ترسُّم خطى نبيِّها الذي لا ينطق عن الهوى، بل كل ما جاء به وحي من ربِّه جلَّ وعلا؛ للوصول إلى تحقيق العبودية لله ربِّ العالمين التي هي قطب رحى الدين، وغاية سعي المرسلين والنبيين ومن تبعهم من الصديقين والصالحين والمصلحين. وقد اشتمل البحث على تمهيد تضمَّن تعريف الفساد، وأهمية هذا البحث، وأبرز الدراسات التي عنيت به من خلال السنة النبوية، كما تضمن مبحثين في أحدهما سبل مكافحة الفساد في الإدارة وبعض وسائل علاجه من خلال الهدي النبوي، وتطرق الثاني إلى أهم ما جاء في السنة من سبل مكافحة الفساد المالي والإشارة إلى أبرز وسائل العلاج، وتضمنت الخاتمة أبرز نتائج البحث. وإبراز هذه السبل ووسائل العلاج من أهم ما يعين من تولَّى شيئًا من أمور المسلمين الإدارية أو المالية على أن يتقي الله سبحانه وتعالى، وأن يحرص على البعد عن الفساد بجميع أنواعه؛ لتعمَّ البركة في المجتمعات الإسلامية.
