|b Legends are considered one of the most ancient human knowledge. It drew the attention of those who were famous in arts especially the literary. The present paper tries to put hand on legends and show its effect on critic reading. Curriculums appeared and described as legendal. \ This paper tries to examine the use of legends and methods of how to deal with them through critic procedures. The researchers take 'the analytical procedure as a tool to show the use of samples in the creative works. This is done because we want to see their effects in critic achievements. Thus, the paper depends on theorization of legendal criticism and the way it was deals with by a number of contemporary criticizers. The paper also aims to show the legendal problem with narration and poetry. The paper ends up with reading critic procedures in Dr. Abdul-Ridha Ali's Book" Legend in Al-Sayab's Poetry" to give enough picture for critic novel. \
