اهتم الباحثون في التربية وعلم النفس بمفهوم توقعات الفاعلية الذاتية، وذلك لارتباطها بالكثير من المتغيرات المؤثرة في حياة الفرد، خاصةً فيما يتعلق بالصحة النفسية، والنجاح بالحياة، سواء أكان ذلك على المستوى الشخصي، الاجتماعي، الأسري، الأكاديمي. وتشير توقعات الفاعلية الذاتية إلى قدرة الفرد على الأداء والإنجاز من خلال اعتقاداته المحددة بمستوى الدافعية لديه فكلما زادت الثقة بالفاعلية الذاتية زادت الجهود المبذولة للوصول إلى الهدف. أن أولى خصائص الانسجام الذاتي للنفس البشرية وتوقعات الفاعلية الذاتية تكمن في قدرة الإنسان على خلق حالة تصالح ذاتي، والتي ترتبط بشكل وثيق بذلك الوازع الذاتي في أعماق النفس البشرية ألا وهو الضمير والذي يعتبر الدافع والمحرك النفسي لتقويم ذات الإنسان وتعديلها، وشحن الذهن بالأفكار البناءة والإرادة القوية لمحاسبة النفس. يستهدف البحث الحالي ما يلي:- 1. قياس مستوى توقعات الفاعلية الذاتية وحيوية الضمير لدى عينة البحث. 2. الكشف عن دلالة الفروق في توقعات الفاعلية الذاتية وحيوية الضمير لدى عينة البحث تبعاً لمتغير (النوع- الاختصاص الدراسي- المرحلة- مكان السكن). 3. تعرف طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجات توقعات الفاعلية الذاتية ودرجات حيوية الضمير لدى عينة البحث. اشتملت عينة البحث من (400) طالب وطالبة من جامعة بغداد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. استعملت الباحثة لتحقيق أهداف البحث مقياس توقعات الفاعلية الذاتية ومقياس حيوية الضمير المعدان من قبل الباحثة. قامت الباحثة بالإجراءات الإحصائية اللازمة عند إعداد أدوات البحث حيث استخرجت القوة التمييزية لفقرات المقياسين، كما تحققت الباحثة من توفير خاصية الصدق والثبات باستعمال معادلة ألفا كروبناخ وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المعالجة الإحصائية (SPSS)، حيث استعملت الباحثة الاختبار التائي لعينة ولعينتين مستقلتين متساويتين لاختبار الفروق بين مجموعتين الـ (27% الدنيا والعليا) ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لاستخراج الصدق التلازمي وثبات المقياسين فضلاً عن علاقة درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية. وبعد تطبيق أداتا البحث الحالي واستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المشار إليها أظهرت النتائج بوجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توقعات الذاتية وحيوية الضمير. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. \
Researchers interested in education and psychology the concept of selt-efficacy expectations, because they relate to a lot of factors that influence a person's life, especially with regard to mental health, life and auccess, whether on a personal level, social, family, academic. The self-efficacy expectations boiled on the ability of the individual performance and achievement of his beliefs during the specified level of motivation has the more efficient self- confidence has increased efforts to access the target. That the first properties of harmony self-same human and expectations of self-efficacy lies in the human capacity to create a state reconcile self, which is closely linked to this restraint of self in the depths of the human psyche: the conscience, which is driven by the engine psychological evaluation with a human, modify, and charging the mind with ideas of constructive and strong will to hold accountable self. This study aims at :- 1. Measurig the level of selt-efficacy expectations and conscience of the whole research sample ( university students ) - Descovering the significance of the differences of selt - efficacy expectations and conscience according to thevariable of ( sex and scientific sbecialty ) - Discovering the connecting relation between of selt - efficacy expectations and conscience of the research sample .which consists of ( 400) male and female student Chosen randomly of Baghdad University . the researcher used two scales to achieveher goals : 1. The selt - efficacy expectations scale that is prepared by the researcher . 2. The Conscience scale that is Prepared by the researcher The researcher har made the hecessary statistical Pocedures while Preparing the research tools The ability of discrimination 3. is found for the item of the two scales . the researcher also made sure the validity and reliability is available wile using the equation of " Vacarotibach " The rearher has used the “ SPSS ” as statical instrument maddition to .The "T " s test for one sample and two separte epual samples to test th differences Petwween the two groups (27% high and low) end Berson relation factor to test the validity and reliaditity of the two scales in addition to the relation of eah item degree with the total degree Aftr applying the instruments of the present study and the statistical styles mentioned above the results showed the following : the existence of a positive connecting relation with a statistical sihnificance between the selt - efficacy expectations and conscience. \
