المستخلص: إن التدرج في توظيف مضامين المسؤوليات لنتائج، هدف إلى بناء الإنسان وتحصينه في مختلف المؤسسات، ومنها المؤسسة التعليمية عموما، والمؤسسة الجامعية خصوصا، لترقيه فكريا وسلوكيا لحمل راية مسؤولية المشاركة في تحقيق التنمية مما يجعله أكثر ارتباطا بمسيرة التقدم والتطور العالمي. ومن هذا المنطلق، لا يمكن أن نتجاهل الدور الخلقي لمسؤوليات الأستاذ الجامعي المهنية والاجتماعية، وعليه.. قامت هذه الدراسة النظرية بتناول موضوع مسؤوليات أساتذة الجامعات العراقية كونهم ركيزة تنمية الموارد البشرية في مجتمعنا العراقي. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها: 1- من خلال الدراسة ظهر علاقة موضوع أخلاقيات المهنة بمسؤولياتها في مختلف الأدبيات التربوية والفلسفية والدينية. 2- أن موضوع أخلاقية المسؤوليات ذات فائدة كبيرة للفرد والمجتمع وقد أكدته الكتب الدينية والفلسفية والتربوية... وسواها. 3- التوصل إلى جملة من مسؤوليات الأستاذ الجامعي العراقي في الأبعاد الآتية:- • التدريس • البحث العلمي والتأليف والإشراف على الرسائل الجامعية أو الأطاريح • خدمة المجتمع هذا فضلا عن عدة مقترحات خرجت بها هذه الدراسة، ومنها: 1. ضرورة حيادية أستاذ الجامعة في التعامل مع القضايا الداخلية والابتعاد عن التعصب الديني أو الأثيني والفئوي. 2. تبني التغيرات الحاصلة في المسؤوليات والأدوار، وإيجاد آليات حديثة في التوظيف والممارسة. 3. تبني تعليم متوازن لتحقيق تنمية متكاملة لجوانب شخصية الطالب / الجامعي. 4. إخضاع مفردات وأنشطة التعليم للتطوير والتحسين المستمر، بناء على ما تسفر عنه نتائج الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية والتقدم التكنولوجي. 5. فتح الباب أمام بعض الباحثين للقيام بدراسة جوانب وإبعاد ومتغيرات تربوية تتعلق بموضوع الأستاذ الجامعي. \

The findings of this study to a number of results، including: 1 - of the relationship emerged during the study topic of ethics responsibilities in various educational literature، philosophical and religious. 2 - that the issue of moral responsibilities of great benefit to the individual and society has been confirmed by the religious and philosophical books، educational ... and others. 3 - a set of responsibilities of the Iraqi university professor in the following dimensions: - - Teaching - Scientific research and authorship and supervision of theses or Alatarih - Community Service In addition، several proposals emerged'from the study، including: 1. The need for a neutral university professor in dealing with domestic issues and stay away from religious intolerance، or the Athenian and factional. 2. Adoption of changes in responsibilities and roles، and mechanisms of modern employment and practice. 3. Adoption of a balanced education for the development of integrated aspects of personal university student. 4. Subject vocabulary and education activities for the development and continuous improvement based on the outcome of the results of studies and scientific research and technological progress. 5. Open the door to some researchers to study the aspects and dimensions and educational variables on the subject of a university professor. \
