استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مفهوم الفعالية في فكر مالك بن نبي وعلاقتها بالحضارة والثقافة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية: - تعني الفعالية في فكر مالك بن نبي بأنها وعي الإنسان بمسؤوليته إزاء الأحداث والمواقف التي تمكنه من إدراك أسبابها وقياسها بالمقياس الصحيح ومن ثم تنبيه إرادته وتوجيه نشاطه لتغييرها تغييراً يحدد وظيفته الاجتماعية. - تأكيد مالك على أن الفاعلية في العالم الإسلامي في مستوى متدني من سلم القيم وأنه لم يبلغ درجة النشاط والعمل الفني الذي يحدد مكانته في العالم الحديث. - نقطة انطلاقة الحضارة إنما هو بالفعالية لأنها مرهونة بوجودها للفعالية. - إن هناك صلة بين الثقافة والفعالية، فالفعالية انعكاس لثقافة معينة في المظهرين النفسي والاجتماعي. - للمقاييس الذاتية دور في تحديد دور العقل ومدى فاعليته الاجتماعية في مجتمع معين بالنسبة لمجتمع آخر. - لاستعادة الفعالية فإنه لابد من تركيب الثقافة وذلك من خلال تنظيم المقومات الثقافية في وحدة متجانسة وذلك بوضع خطة تربوية لتحقيق هذه الوحدة. - انعدام الفعالية فيما يتعلق بالعلاقة بين الفكرة والنشاط يعود إلى عدم ارتباط النشاط بالفكرة أو الثراء والزخم الفكري لدى البعض. - إن مفتاح مشكلة ضعف الفعالية في المجتمع الإسلامي هو في توجيه الثقافة. - يحدد اهتمام وتمحور المجتمع حول أحد عوالم الثقافة الثلاثة: عالم الأفكار أو عالم الأشخاص أو عالم الأشياء ومستوى فعاليته.
This study aims to investigate the meaning of Effectiveness” as reflectd in Malek Bin Nabi’s point of view and its relationship to civilization and culture. Findings revealed: - Effectiveness according to Malek Ben Nabi is man’s awareness of human responsibility of the events and attitudes that help understand their causes and measurement, thus direct his activities as determined by his social function. - Malek confirms that ’’effectiveness” in the Islamic world is in the level of the low scale of values and it has not reached the degree of activity and work of art that determines its place in the modern world. - The starting point of Civilization is its effectiveness, beacuse it is subjected to the effectiveness of their existence. - There is a link between culture and effectiveness, Effectiveness is a reflection of a culture’s meaning in its psychological and social aspect. - Self-standards have a role in determining the role of reason and the extent of social effectiveness in a particular community to another community. - To restore the effectiveness of culture it has to be installed through the organization of cultural elements in a homogeneous unit by inserting an educational plan for the achievement of this unit. - Lack of effectiveness with regard to the relationship between the activity and the idea or wealth and intellectual momentum to others. - The key to the problem of poor efficiency in the Muslim community is in the direction of culture. - The focus of the attention of the society on one of the three worlds of culture, the world of ideas or the world of individuals or the world of the level of effectiveness for things.
