|b Iraqi- American Relationohips and the Ifluence of oil on it The Iraqi American relations is witnessing re- construction at all levels after the decline of the dictator regime that left the country with huge political , economic and social crises (local, regional, and international) . To reform these relations within new concepts and visions , there must be a rebuilding of the Iraqi republic on a democratic , legal . and international bases that depend basically on the will of the Iraqi nation. This re-building process that encompass the political, economic and social fields needs big amounts of money to form the Iraqi contemporary man who is capable of affording the re- construction of his country with the help of the international community . Before that billions of dollars should be payed as foreign depts .. The oil plays a major role in the matter, for that reason the study was based to find out the big and basic role that the oil sector should play in er-constructing the Iraqi country and its foreign relations , especially with the United states ; the first oil -consuming country in the world .
