هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المشكلات النفسية والتعليمية والاجتماعية، التي تواجه الطلاب الموهوبين في المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر معلميهم. وذلك في سبيل الوقوف عليها ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (119) معلما ملتحقين بمديرية تعليم الموهوبين والمتفوقين في وزارة التربية والتعليم في السعودية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحثان مقياس للكشف عن مشكلات الطلاب الموهوبين، وهو من إعدادهما، والمكون في صورته النهائية من (35) فقرة، موزعة على ثلاث محاور رئيسية، هي المشكلات النفسية والمكون من (11) فقرة، والمشكلات الاجتماعية والمكونة من (12) فقرة، والمشكلات التعليمية والمكونة من (12) فقرة. \\ وقد أظهرت النتائج فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات النفسية: إلى أن مشكلات الشعور بالحساسية للنقد الموجه له، وتذبذب الروح المعنوية للطلاب بين الارتفاع والانخفاض من أكثر المشكلات التي يعاني منها الطلاب في محور المشكلات النفسية، وفيما يتعلق بالمشكلات التعليمية، فقد أظهرت النتائج إلى أن عدم وجود المكافآت والتشجيع والدعم من المدرسة، وعدم وجود المناهج الخاصة والمناسبة للطالب الموهوب، وعدم توفير المدرسة إمكانية أن يمارس هواياته، وعدم تفهم بعض المعلمين لخصائص الموهوبين، \\ من أكثر المشكلات التي يعاني منها الطلاب في محور المشكلات التعليمية. وفيما يتعلق في المشكلات الاجتماعية فقد أظهرت النتائج: أن مشكلات المبالغة بالاهتمام بالشكل والهندام، وتعرض الطالب لمضايقة رفاقه بالسخرية أحياناً وبكثرة الأسئلة والانتقادات, وعدم استطاعته أن يصارح والديه بمشاكله، واهتمامه كثيراً بإرضاء الآخرين، من أكثر المشكلات التي يعاني منها الطلاب في محور المشكلات الاجتماعية. \\ وأوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بالصحة النفسية للطلبة الموهوبين، عبر تفعيل دور المرشد التربوي في مدارس الموهوبين، والمدارس العادية التي تقدم برامج للموهوبين، وعقد ورش عمل ودورات توعية للمعلمين، والأسر، والطلاب الموهوبين، تتناول خصائص الطلبة الموهوبين (الاجتماعية، والنفسية، التعليمية) ليتم التعامل معهم بشكل علمي وبشكل صحيح، والاهتمام بالمناهج المقدمة للطلبة الموهوبين.
The present study aimed to identify problems psychological, educational and social, facing gifted students in Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of their teachers, And in order to stand out and try to find appropriate solutions, the study sample consisted of \\\\ M teachers enrolled in the Directorate of gifted and talented \\ education, in the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia, and to achieve the objectives of the study, researchers used a measure to detect the problems of gifted students, one of the prepared, and the component in its final form (ro) paragraph, Distributed three main axes, are psychological problems and component (\\\\\\\\) paragraph, and social problems, consisting of (>Y) items, and educational issues, consisting of (> Y) items. \\ The results showed with respect to the issues of mental: that the problems of feeling sensitive to criticism directed to him, and the fluctuation of the morale of the students between the rise and fall of the most common problems experienced by students at the center of psychological problems, with regard to the problems of educational, results showed: that the lack of rewards and encouragement and support from the school, and the lack of curricula and appropriate for the student gifted, and the failure ».« provide the school the possibility that his hobbies, The lack >,* understanding of some of the characteristics of gifted teachers, of the most common problems experienced by students at the center of educational issues . with regard to the social problems, the results showed: that problems exaggerated form of attention and grooming, and expose the student to harass his friends ridiculed and sometimes a lot of questions and criticism, and not being able to speak openly of his parents and its problems, and so much interest in pleasing others, most of the problems experienced by students at the center of social problems. \\ The study recommended the attention of mental health for gifted students, through activating the role of counselor in the schools gifted and regular schools that offer programs for the gifted, and holding workshops and awareness sessions for teachers, families, and talented students, addressing the characteristics of gifted students (social, psychological, educational) to be treated them scientifically and properly, and attention given to curriculum gifted students.
