المستخلص: Manufacturing, in any state, is considered a starting point for motivating the economic sectors on the one hand and for the variety of income source which mainly relies on oil incomes other hand. Therefore, raising the portion of the contribution of manufacturing to the total local product is the optimal is the optimal solution for the variety of income sources with the available capacities and obstacles of the United Arab Emirates. The research is based on the hypothesis that the United Arab Emirates has some industry requirements as the financial verplus and power which contribute to the balancing of structural defectiveness in the national economy. This because of the existence of the main problem which is that the capitals coming from oil incomes are not compatible with the state efficiency to develop national industry. The research ends with conclusions and. recommendations arrived at. One of these conclusions is that the United Arab' Emirates succeeded in correcting some deficiencies in the national economy through decreasing the portion of strategic to the local product from 48% in 1990 to 28% in 2002.
