دف البحث إلى الكشف عن الأوضاع في المنطقة وما تفرضه من تناقضات في المواقف والمفاهيم. وأوضح البحث التطورات الهامة التي فرضت نفسها على المنطقة وعكست بوضوح مدى الارتباك والتناقض الذي تعانيه مواقف الأطراف. كما أشار البحث إلى ملامح الجرائم التي فعلتها القيادة العسكرية الإسرائيلية في غزة. وأيضاً تطرق البحث إلى تلخيص الخطوط العريضة لتوجهات السياسة الأمريكية على ساحة المنطقة. وأخيراً ذكر البحث المؤشرات التي نتجت عن التوجهات الأمريكية الجديدة تجاه المنطقة. واختتم البحث بضرورة الدعوة لدول الاعتدال العربي ذات المصالح المشتركة بإسقاط تحفظاتها وتجاوز مخاوفها من الدخول في عمل جماعي مشترك. والعمل على إقامة مجموعة عمل عربية دائمة على مستوى عالي لتقييم الأوضاع في المنطقة وتنسيق المواقف تجاهها. والاتفاق على رؤية مشتركة للتعامل معها على أساس استقلالية السياسات والحفاظ على المصالح. وإمكانية تشارك الدول والمنظمات الخارجية مع دول المنطقة في مكافحه الاوضاع. والتأكيد على أن يكون التعاون المصري السعودي هو حجر الزاوية في هذا التحرك والقوة الدافعة له. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The objective of the research is to uncover the conditions in the region and the imposed contradictions in the positions and the concepts. The study highlighted the important developments that have imposed itself on the region and reflected the extent of confusion clearly` and the contradiction suffered by the parties. The research also referred to the crimes committed by the Israeli military leadership in Gaza. The study also touched upon a summary of the outlines of American policy attitudes in the region. Finally, the research mentioned the indicators that resulted from the new American attitudes toward the region. The study concluded by calling on the balance of the Arab countries of the common interests to drop their reservations and overcome their fears of entering into the joint group action. Besides, working on the establishment of a permanent Arab working group at a high level to assess the conditions in the region and coordinate the attitudes towards it. In addition to agree on a common vision to deal with them on the basis of the policy autonomy and the preservation of interests. Moreover, the possibility for the countries and external organizations participation with the States of the region in combating the conditions, as well as emphasizing that the Egyptian-Saudi cooperation is the cornerstone of this movement and its provoking force..
