تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ما يلي: تحليل محتوى موضوعات وحدة التغذية إلى مهارات أدائية في ضوء الأهداف المحددة لهذه الوحدة في كتاب الاقتصاد المنزلي للصف السادس الابتدائي بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تصميم بطاقة ملاحظة لتقويم أداء تلميذات الصف السادس ابتدائي في تعلم وحدة التغذية بكتاب الاقتصاد المنزلي بمحافظة جدة. تصميم اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات وحدة التغذية لدى تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي بمحافظة جدة. تقويم مستوى أداء المهارات لدى تلميذات الصف السادس ابتدائي في وحدة التغذية بمحافظة جدة باستخدام بطاقة الملاحظة. قياس تحصيل تلميذات الصف السادس ابتدائي بمحافظة جدة في الجانب المعرفي (النظري) للمهارات التي تم تحديدها في وحدة التغذية بكتاب الاقتصاد المنزلي. تقديم مقترحات لتطوير تقويم أداء المهارات لدى تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية في تعلم مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم بطاقة ملاحظة أداء التلميذات في تعلم مهارات وحدة التغذية، وبلغ عدد المهارات الكلي موضع التقييم (205) مهارة. وقد بلغت القيمة الوزنية لعناصر بطاقة الملاحظة (820) درجة. كما صممت الباحثة اختبار لقياس مستوى التحصيل للجانب المعرفي لبعض المهارات العملية في تعلم موضوعات وحدة التغذية. واشتملت على (53) سؤال اختيار من متعدد، وبلغ مجموع الدرجات الكلي للاختبار (53) درجة. طبقت البطاقة والاختبارات على عينة عشوائية من تلميذات الصف السادس ابتدائي في (5) مدارس في محافظة جدة، وقد بلغ العدد الكلي للتلميذات (71) تلميذة. كما أعدت الباحثة بطاقة مقابلة شخصية بهدف التعرف على آراء معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي حول بطاقة الملاحظة والاختبارات التحصيلية التي قمن بتطبيقها، وقد شملت عينة هذه الأداة (5) معلمات. وقد تمت معالجة بيانات بطاقة الملاحظة والاختبارات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لحساب المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، اختبارات، تحليل التباين، اختبار شافيه. وكان من أبرز نتائج بطاقة الملاحظة أن غالبية التلميذات لم يصلن إلى حد الإتقان في الأداء المهاري لأي صنف من الأصناف منفردة أو مجتمعة معاً، وأنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات التلميذات في المدارس المختلفة ومتوسط الإجمالي العام لدرجات جميع التلميذات مما يدل على إن درجات التلميذات متفاوتة أي أن هناك مستويات مختلفة في الأداء. وبالنسبة لأبرز نتائج الاختبارات التحصيلية فإن غالبية التلميذات لم يصلن إلى حد المعرفة التامة في الاختبار التحصيلي لأي صنف من الأصناف منفردة أو مجتمعة معاً عدا المجموعة الخامسة فإن التلميذات كان تحصيلهن مرتفع في صنف (سلطة البطاطس+ الفتوش)، وأنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات التلميذات في المدارس المختلفة والمتوسط الإجمالي العام لدرجات جميع التلميذات مما يدل على إن درجات التلميذات متفاوتة أي أن هناك مستويات مختلفة في التحصيل. كما أوضحت النتائج أن هناك ارتباط واضح بين درجات التلميذات في الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة في إجمالي الأصناف. أما بالنسبة لأبرز نتائج المقابلة الشخصية فقد اتفقت آراء جميع المعلمات على أن دقة التلميذات في أخذ المقادير تزيد مع استخدام بطاقة الملاحظة عن استخدام الطريقة التقليدية؛ وأن التلميذات كن منظمات أثناء العمل كما أن طريقة تقديمهن للأصناف أصبحت مبتكرة. وتقترح المجيبات الاكتفاء بتعميم بطاقة الملاحظة فقط مع خفض بنود البطاقة بحيث لا يخل في شمولها. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة السادس قدمت الباحثة مقترحات لتطوير تقويم أداء المهارات لدى تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية في تعلم مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي بالمملكة العربية السعودية. \
