The strongest duties after believing in Allah is the requesting the science where Anas Bin Malik ( Allah has blessed Him ) said : the messenger of Allah said : ( Requesting the science is a duty on each muslim and who putting the science for those don't deserve as who gives the pig the gold and jewels ) Where it is the heritage which the scientists and juristic inherit it for those who came later . And the science of Figh which I follow in my thesis is one of the science which is considered as a gift from Allah , and my study was comparing figh studying in aljihadd through the book alistithkar , Either my syllabus in writing my thesis as following : - I start mentioning a brief narration about the matter before starting in comparing it . - After that I mention Imam Ibn abd albur with who agreed with him from the scientists and the followers . - After that the evidences which they depend on in their sayings . - Then mentioning the faces the evidence for each evidence who needs for that . - Then I have mentioned the saying which don't agreed with Imam Ibn abd al Bur . - And what was obstacle me in some of the matters that I don't find in alistithar book an istithkar for Imam Ibn abd al Bur After I have finished writing my thesis with the help of Allah I conclude the following : - AL-Jihadd is obligatory in the general cases otherwise it is not . - The merchants participates to do his job in the war field if their intention is the fight . - The camel is not to be taken to the war field . - What the unbelievers got from the believer's money by fight then the believers returned it , in the case they are for their own . - If the believer sacrificed muslim the hands of the unbelievers . - The killer don't deserve to take the dead money . - The killer deserves to take the dead man's money . - For the killer the right to take his dead man without takhmees . - The booties of the war are divided in the war house . - AL-Ghaal don't punish but he has to be asked . - The killing the owner of alsawamaj and alshiyokh who don't have opinion with war matters .
