|a يطرح البحث إشكالية توظيف المنظمات الإرهابية للمزايا والإمكانات التي يوفرها تطور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في دعم الأنشطة الإرهابية وفى نشر ثقافة العنف والإرهاب حيث يسعى إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات الاتصال التي تستخدمها الجماعات الإرهابية في مواقعها الاليكترونية , بما يشمل: الأهداف التي تسعى لتحقيقها، وبنية الاتصال التي تعتمد عليها ,وخرائط الاهتمام في المضمون المطروح , والاستمالات الإقناعية المستخدمة , والجمهور المستهدف بالخطاب الإعلامي . اعتمدت منهجية البحث على التحليل الكيفي للمضمون، ومدخل التحليل الشبكي. وكشفت النتائج عن أن البنية الاتصالية التي تعتمد عليها الجماعات الإرهابية تستفيد من الانترنت في تحويلها إلى النمط اللامركزى في تبادل المعلومات، والاعتماد على شبكة اتصال مفتوحة ومعقدة التركيب. مما يرفع من درجة تعقيد وتخطيط العمليات الإرهابية. وتشمل أبرز فئات المحتوى المنشور. المواد الدعوية , والمواد الإخبارية, والمواد التعليمية والتدريبية, كتب ودراسات, ومواد وثائقية، حوارات مفتوحة بين أعضاء المنتديات حول موضوعات محددة, وقصائد وإبداعات أدبية ترسخ فكر الجهاد.

|b This research addresses the need to understand the communication strategies used by terrorism organizations through their online sites, in which they aim to recruit the target audience all over the world, especially Muslim youth. Based on analyzing how terrorism organizations benefits form the Internet capabilities, 185 and discovering the features of their media discourse to disseminate the culture of violence, this research presents detailed facts and discusses the indications about the communication tructures, the ideas, the main issues and themes, and the tools that are used to enhance the terrorism media discourse. The research methodology applies the qualitative content analysis and the hyperlink -based network analysis on a sample of sites related to certain terrorism organizations with Islamic reference. Results show the complexity and diversity of the electronic communication infrastructure of terrorism organizations. Thus, the decentralized infrastructure enables terrorism organizations to reach to the audiences all over the world, and increases the danger and the effectiveness of planning the terrorism attacks.
