هدفت الدراسة إلى كشف ما تتركه البطالة من آثار نفسية لدى خريجات الجامعة العاطلات عن العمل ، وذلك من خلال قياس مستوى الاغتراب النفسي وتقدير الذات لديهن ، ومقارنتهن بخريجات الجامعة العاملات ، كذلك التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاغتراب النفسي وتقدير الذات ، طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (405) خريجة جامعية منهن (223) خريجة جامعية عاملة و (182) خريجة جامعية غير عاملة بمنطقة الإحساء ، استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الاغتراب النفسي من إعداد رشاد دمنهوري (1417 هـ)، واختبار تقدير الذات للمراهقين والراشدين من إعداد عادل عبدالله (1999م) ، واستمارة جمع بيانات أولية ، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطيه سالبة بين الاغتراب النفسي وتقدير الذات ، وتبين كذلك أن خريجات الجامعة العاطلات عن العمل يعانين من الاغتراب النفسي وتدني مستوى تقدير الذات ، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الخريجات العاملات المتزوجات ، والخريجات العاطلات المتزوجات في الاغتراب النفسي وتقدير الذات ، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الخريجات العاملات غير المتزوجات ، والخريجات العاطلات غير المتزوجات في الاغتراب النفسي ، بالمقابل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الخريجات العاملات غير المتزوجات و الخريجات العاطلات غير المتزوجات في تقدير الذات ، لصالح الخريجات العاملات غير المتزوجات ، كذلك تعاني الخريجات العاطلات اللاتي مضى على تخرجهن أكثر من ثلاث سنوات من ارتفاع مستوى الاغتراب النفسي ، وتدني في تقدير الذات أكثر من الخريجات العاطلات اللاتي مضى على تخرجهن أقل من ثلاث سنوات
The study aimed at discovering the psychological impactes caused by the unemployment for the unemployed college graduates of Females , that' s through measuring the standard of their psychological . alienation and self- esteem and comparing them with the employed ones Moreover, being aware of the nature of connecting relationship between .the psychological alienation and self- esteem. The study was applied to a sample consisting of ( 405) college graduates , among them there was (223) employed college graduates while (183) nemployed college graduates in AL- Ahsa' a region . the -researcher used the psychological alienation scale and the test of self esteem for the adolescents and adults as well as the form of collecting . initial data The findings of the study showed the existence of a negative connecting relationship between the psychological alienation and self- esteem . It , also , showed that the unemployed college graduates are suffering from the psychological alienation as well as the low level of - self- esteem. In addition to that , non- existence of variances of statistical -indication between the married employed graduates and the married un employed graduates in the psychological alienation and self- esteem ; and non- existence of variances of statistical indication between the un married employed raduates and the un- married un- employed graduates in the psychological alienation versus there were variances of statistical indication between the un- married employed graduates and un- married un- employed graduates in self- esteem , for the benefit of the un- married employed graduates . Also , the unemployed females who graduated more than three years ago are suffering from high level of psychological alienation and low- level of self- esteem more than those un- employed and .graduated less than three years ago
