|a تعتبر مراكش أول محطة سياحية في المغرب، ولها شهرة عالمية بسبب عوامل متعددة (المناهج الملائم، وغنى التراث الثقافي وأهمية البنية التحية السياحية)، مما جعلها تجلب أفواجاً هامة من السياح والمستثمرين الأجانب. ومعروف أن القطاع السياحي أخذ يلعب دور قاطرة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المدينة. غير أن من عيوب النمو الكبير والعشوائي للمدينة الاستغلال غير المتبصر للموارد الطبيعية كالموارد المائية والعقارية والبيئية (كالنخيل). والتساؤل المطروح هو هل بإمكان ضواحي المدينة أن تقاوم ضغوط التوسع العمراني والسياحي إلى ما لا نهاية. إذ أن التفكير الرسمي يجد الحل دائماً في توسيع المدينة بالبحث عن مزيد من الأراضي والمياه فيها. وفي هذا الإطار، تحاول هذه المداخلة تحليل تشكيل المجال المحيط بالمدينة وديناميتها وتقويم إكراهات توسع المشاريع السياحية على حسابه.

|b Marrakech is a city renowned international tourist destination in Morocco, has gained notoriety through its many advantages (climate, High Atlas, rich cultural heritage, importance of tourism infrastructure), attracts not only tourists but also investors who are increasingly numerous. The tourist sector is the locomotive of economic development of the city. One of the avatars of the uncontrolled development of the city is the unbridled exploitation of natural ressources (water and soil) and the destruction of ecological sites (palm grove). But the question is whether the city could withstand the pressure of urban expansion and tourism to infinity. It is therefore imperative to consider the extension of the city and to seek new resources such as the land, water in its closest suburbs. This article attempts to analyze the formation and dynamics of the peripheral space and evaluate the constraints of the development of tourism projects in this fragile environment.

|d Marrakech, qui est une ville de renommée internationale, première destination touristique au Maroc, a acquis une notoriété grâce à ses multiples atouts (climat, Haut Atlas, richesse du patrimoine culturel, importance de l’infrastructure touristique), attire, non seulement les touristes, mais également les investisseurs qui sont plus en plus nombreux. Le secteur touristique constitue la locomotive du développement économique de la ville. L’un des grands problèmes du développement incontrôlé de la ville est l’exploitation effrénée des ressources naturelles (eaux et sols) et la destruction des sites écologiques (la palmeraie, notamment). Mais la question qui se pose est de savoir si la ville pourra résister à la pression de l’extension urbaine et touristique à l’infini. Il faut donc impérativement penser à l’extension de la ville et à rechercher de nouvelles ressources naturelles telles que le foncier et l’eau dans ses banlieues les plus proches. Cet article essaie d’analyser la formation et la dynamique de l’espace périphérique de cette ville et d’évaluer les contraintes du développement des projets touristiques dans ce milieu fragile.
