المستخلص: بفعل وضعيتها كمجال ضاحوي محاذي لأول مدينة مترو بولية بالمغرب، تشكل جماعة دار بوعزة الامتداد الطبيعي لمدينة الدار البيضاء، على طول الساحل في اتجاه مدينة آزمور. ولهذا فهي تحافظ على علاقات متعددة مع هذه الأخيرة، حتما علاقات تبادل متعددة، لكنها أيضا علاقات تبعية في ميادين مختلفة، والمرتبطة خصوصا بالتهيئة والتعمير. بالفعل، فالانطلاقة الحضرية لهذه الجماعة مرتبط بشدة بالتطور وبالاتجاه الحضري لمدينة الدار البيضاء. من خلال هذه المداخلة، سنحاول التطرق لأسباب الانطلاق الحضري المريع بجماعة دار بوعزة، والأفاق الحضرية لتصميم التهيئة الذي وضع بالانسجام مع التصميم المديري للتخطيط الحضري للدار البيضاء الكبرى. هل الوضعية الحضرية الحالية تستجيب لاختيارات تصميم التهيئة؟ ماهي الصعاب والمشاكل إن لم نثل التحولات الناتجة عن استعمال أدوات التخطيط الحضري؟ من خلال المداخلة، سنحاول الإجابة على هذه الأسئلة.

The rural district of Dar Bouazza constitutes a natural extension to Casablanca city along the coast towards Azemmour and this is due to its being a peripheral space geographically contiguous to Casablanca, the major metropolis in the nation. As a consequence, Dar Bouazza maintains various relations of exchange as well as relations of dependence with Casablanca in diverse domains particularly in development and urban planning. In fact, the remarkable development of the urbanization of rural district space depends strongly on the evolution and the urban trend of the city of Casablanca In this paper, I shall attempt to find the causes that have triggered the rapid urbanization process in Dar Bouazza, the urban perspectives of the development plan elaborated in accordance with the master plan of urban planning of big Casablanca. Does the current urban situation answer the options of the development plan? What are the difficulties and the problems as well as the transformations engendered by the effects of the application of the instruments of planning and development? It is to these questions that we are going to try to bring an answer.

De part sa situation comme espace périphérique directement contigu à la première métropole du pays, la commune de Dar Bouazza constitue le prolongement naturel de la ville de Casablanca le long du littoral vers Azemmour. De ce fait, elle entretient de multiples relations avec celle-ci, des relations d’échanges, certes, mais aussi de dépendance dans divers domaines, notamment celui de l’aménagement et d’urbanisme. En effet, l’essor remarquable de l’urbanisation de l’espace communal, dépend fortement de l’évolution et tendance urbaine de la ville de Casablanca. Dans cette communication, on va essayer de relever les causes de déclenchement du processus d’urbanisation accélérée à Dar Bouazza, les perspectives urbaines du plan d’aménagement élaboré en harmonie avec le schéma directeur d’aménagement urbain du grand Casablanca. La situation urbaine actuelle, répond-t-elle aux options du plan d’aménagement? Quelles sont les difficultés et les problèmes voir les mutations engendrées par les effets de l’application des instruments de planification et d’aménagement ? C’est à ces questions qu’on va essayer d’apporter une réponse.
