تتناول الدراسة مستويات اللغة في اللسانيات البنيوية، بالنظر إلى ما حققته البنيوية في الدرس اللغوي من تراكم وامتداد تجاوز حدود قضايا اللغة ليمتد إلى مجالات علمية ومعرفية متعددة، حيث وفرت أدوات نظرية ومنهجية أغنت اللسانيات الحديثة، ببلورتها تصورا متكاملا لانتظام العناصر والمكونات والمستويات اللغوية، وهو ما يشكل إطارا مرجعيا لرسم معالم الهندسة اللغوية من منظور لساني حديث. في هذا الإطار، تعالج الدراسة هندسة مستويات اللغة وانتظامها وفق التصور البنيوي، وذلك من خلال مناقشة مجموعة من القضايا، من قبيل: طبيعة اللغة ومكوناتها وعناصرها وفق التصور البنيوي؛ مستوياتها؛ كيف تنتظم وتشتغل؛ طبيعة العلاقات الرابطة بينها؛ كيف تتكامل المقاربات البنيوية في تحديد معالم معمارية البناء اللساني نظريا ومنهجيا وإجرائيا. تنطلق الدراسة في معالجة هذه القضايا من إشكالية المنهج وكيف استطاعت الدراسة اللغوية الحديثة تجاوزها بفضل استفادتها من العلوم الصلبة، وبفضل التطورات التي شهدتها عبر مجموعة من المدارس والاتجاهات. انصب المحور الأول على المستويات اللغوية بحسب سوسير، حيث جرى التطرق إلى العناصر الأساسية للإطار النظري والمنهجي والإجرائي الذي بلوره سوسير، وكذا تصوره لمفهوم النحو وانتظام المستويات اللغوية وتداخلها ضمن ثنائية العلاقات المركبية والعلاقات الاستبدالية. وتناول المحور الثاني مفهوم الموفونولوجيا بحسب تروبتسكوي، باعتبار موضوعها هو القضايا المشتركة بين الصواتة والصرف، مع استعراض أهم المشكلات المنهجية التي أفرزها هذا المفهوم. وانصب الاهتمام في المحور الثالث على قضايا المستويات اللغوية في اللسانيات التوزيعية كاتجاه لساني اتخذ من علم النفس السلوكي إطارا مرجعيا في دراسته قضايا اللغة ومشكلاتها. وتطرق المحور الأخير إلى هذه المستويات من خلال أ.مارتيني، واستعرض أهم المفاهيم والأدوات المنهجية التي بلورتها المدرسة الوظيفية، ضمن منظور لساني تواصلي أعاد صوغ مفهوم اللغة ووظائفها وكيفية تمفصلها. خلصت الدراسة إلى أهم صعوبات البحث ومشكلاته في اللسانيات البنيوية من جهة، وإلى إبراز غنى تصورها النظري والمنهجي من جهة أخرى، حيث انتهت إلى بلورة تصور دقيق لهندسة المستويات اللغوية وانتظامها، وهو ما يشكل أرضية خصبة لتعميق البحث في الهندسة اللغوية وتطويرها.
The study deals with the levels of language in structural linguistics, in view of the accumulation and extension achieved by structuralism in the linguistic lesson that transcended the boundaries of language issues to extend to multiple scientific and cognitive fields. It provided theoretical and methodological tools that enriched modern linguistics by crystallizing an integrated vision of the regularity of linguistic elements, components and levels, which constitutes a frame of reference for drawing the features of linguistic engineering from a modern linguistic perspective. In this context, the study deals with the engineering of language levels and their regularity according to the structural concept, by discussing a number of issues, such as: The nature of language and its components and elements according to the structural conception; their levels; how to organize and operate; the nature of the interrelationships between them; How are structural approaches integrated in defining the architectural features of linguistic construction theoretically, systematically and procedurally. The study begins in addressing these issues from the problem of the curriculum and how the modern linguistic study was able to overcome it thanks to its benefit from solid sciences, and thanks to the developments it witnessed across a group of schools and trends. The first axis focused on linguistic levels, according to Saussure, where the basic elements of the theoretical, methodological and procedural framework that Saussure crystallized, as well as his conception of the concept of grammar, the regularity of linguistic levels and their overlap within the duality of complex and substitutional relations. The second axis dealt with the concept of phonology, according to Trubetskoy, as its subject is the common issues between phoneme and morphology, with a review of the most important methodological problems that this concept produced. In the third axis, attention was focused on issues of linguistic levels in distributive linguistics as a linguistic trend that took behavioral psychology as a reference framework in its study of language issues and problems. The last axis touched on these levels through A. Martini, and reviewed the most important concepts and methodological tools developed by the functional school, within a communicative linguistic perspective that reformulated the concept of language, its functions and how to articulate them. The study concluded with the most important research difficulties and problems in structural linguistics on the one hand, and to highlight the richness of its theoretical and methodological conception on the other hand. It ended with crystallizing an accurate conception of the linguistic levels engineering and its regularity, which constitutes a fertile ground for deepening research in linguistic engineering and its development.
