|b Human rights and the consequences of the same, come at the forefront of the issues of interest in today's intellectual world, being a basic core for those who care about the human beings and of their existence, where the human rights are considered nowadays as the yardstick for measuring the progress and the advancement of every society. Accordingly, the intellectuals and those having the power, following the woes of wars and the deterioration witnessed in the field of the human rights, had drafted the laws and constitutions that deal with and protect the human rights from being prejudiced, . Also the States had exerted fruitful efforts to sign international conventions dealing with human rights which resulted in the issuance of the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights in 1948, and the relevant conventions. This does not mean that, there were no laws and legislation in the past, classifying, emphasizing and setting the rights and duties of the people. Islam for example, had guaranteed the human rights and took into account the interests of both the individual and the society, with no regard to the color, sex or race, but the only difference between the people is in their piety, according to the law of the God, the Almighty. Islam has paid full attention to these rights, the thing which is clear and apparent in its orders and prohibitions to the people, and acts and deeds of the Prophet peace be upon him, and his mission, emphasizing and honoring the human rights as been stated in the Holy Qur'an.
