هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن ماهية الخلاف العقدي في ضوء الأصول والضوابط الشرعية. حيث تناولت تعريف الخلاف والاختلاف وبعض المحددات المتعلقة بهما وأسباب ظهور الخلاف وضوابط وآداب الحكم علي المخالف. والآداب التي ينبغي مراعاتها عند الخلاف. وتوصلت النتائج إلى ان الخلاف في المسألة سائغ لا يمنع من تحري الحق والمحاورة والمناظرة بين أهل العلم للوصول إلي مراد الشارع متحلين بالتواضع لإخواننا والجدال بالتي هي أحسن وان يكون قولنا للناس لينا ووجها منبسطا طلقا. والعمل علي رفع الخلاف بالوسائل الشرعية فالخلاف شر وينبغي على المسلمين العمل على رفعه طلبا للحق وحفظا لوحدة المسلمين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تحديد مرجعية إسلامية في شؤونها العامة الظاهرة مثل مسائل الصلاة والزكاة والصيام والحج ولتكن مثلا المجامع الفقهية الإسلامية المعروفة. بالإضافة إلى العمل على إنشاء معهد علمي من مهامه التحاق الأئمة والخطباء الذين يستولون أمور المسلمين. وتكوين مجلس إسلامي يختار له عدد من أهل العلم والدعوة ينضوي تحته عدد من المسؤولين عن الشؤون الإسلامية تلك الناحية حتى يصدر الرأي بالإجماع حفظا على كيان الأقليات الإسلامية وتجنبا لأي فرقة أو اختلاف. والحرص على نشر العلمي الشرعي في كل مكان تصل اليه الدعوة الإسلامية عبر المختصين من طلبة العلم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The present study aimed at revealing the nature of the doctrinal dispute in light of the Islamic principles and disciplines. It dealt with the definition of disagreement and differences and some of the determinants related to them and the reasons for the emergence of the disagreement and the ethics provisions on the violator, and the ethics that should be observed during the dispute. The results found that the disagreement on the issue is not prevented from investigating the right and discussion and the debate between the scholars to reach the intention of the public people, with humility to our siblings and the dispute in the kindliest, and that our words to people should be tolerable and with a kind face, and to work to raise the dispute by the legitimate means difference .The dispute is evil and Muslims should work to raise as a request for the right and the preservation of the unity of Muslims. The study recommended the need to work on defining an Islamic reference in its public affairs, such as the issues of prayer, zakat, fasting and Hajj. For example, the known Islamic jurisprudence councils. In addition to working on the establishment of a scientific institute concerns with joining the Imams and the preachers who take over the affairs of Muslims, and the formation of an Islamic academic selected by a number of scholars and advocacy, including a number of officials of Islamic affairs in that area until the unanimous opinion to preserve the entity of the Islamic minorities and to avoid any difference or division, and to ensure the dissemination of the forensic science in every place reached by the Islamic call through the specialists of students..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
