هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أهم مشكلات الطلاب المعاقين عقليا في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر الوالدين واقتراح حلول لهذه المشكلات، وكذا التعرف على أثر الفروق في ضوء متغير عمر الطالب، ودرجة الإعاقة، والمستوى التعليمي لولي الأمر، والدخل الشهري للأسرة، وجنس ولي الأمر الذي قام بتعبئة الاستبانة (أب، أم)، وجنس الطالب. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (196) ولي أمر طالب، في مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم التابعة للمديريات الثلاث التالية (بريده، عنيزة، والرس). وقد استخدم في الدراسة الحالية استبانة مشكلات الطلاب المعاقين عقليا (من إعداد الباحث). وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى أن مشكلات الطلاب المعاقين عقليا في المجال النفسي جاءت في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (2.78)، ثم المجال الاقتصادي ثم التعليمي ثم الاجتماعي والسلوكي بينما جاء المجال الأسري في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.23)، وكانت جميعها بدرجة متوسطة. وأشارت كذلك إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (= 0.05) تعزى لأثر المنطقة في جميع المجالات باستثناء المجال الاقتصادي، حيث وجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (= 0.05) بين الرس وبريده، وجاءت الفروق لصالح منطقة الرس. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (= 0.05) تعزى إلى الجنس أو عمر الطالب أو لأثر درجة الإعاقة (بسيطة- متوسطة) أو لأثر المستوى التعليمي لولي الأمر أو لأثر الدخل الشهري أو لأثر جنس ولي الأمر الذي قام بتعبئة الاستبانة في جميع المجالات. بينما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (= 0.05) تعزى لأثر درجة الإعاقة لصالح درجة الإعاقة المتوسطة.
The present study aimed to identify the most important problems of mentally handicapped students in the Qassim region from the point of view of parents and propose solutions to these problems, As well as identify the impact of differences in the light of the student's age variable, and the degree of disability, and the educational level of the parent, the monthly income of the family, and sex of the parent who fills out the questionnaire ('father, mother), and sex of the student The study sample consisted of 196 student's guardian, in the schools and the Ministry of Education of the following three Directorates (Buraydah, Onaizah, and Rass). In the current study used questionnaires problems mentally handicapped students (prepared by the researcher).The results of the study indicated that the current problems of the mentally handicapped students in the field of psychological came to the first rank of the highest average account (2.78), then the economic sphere and education, ana social ana behavioral while domestic sphere came in ranked last, with an average account (2.23), And all were moderately. And the lack of statistically significant differences (= 0.05) attributable to sex or age student or the impact of the degree of disability (simple - medium) or the impact of the educational level of the parent or the impact of monthly income, or the impact of the sex of the parent who fill out questionnaire in all areas. While the study showed a statistically significant difference (= 0.05) due to the effect of the degree of disability in favor of medium degree of disability.
