المستخلص: The article aims to illustrate the purposes of legitimate politics. The article has three main topics; the first topic tackles the general definition of the legitimate policy, which is to preserve and the existing interests completing them eliminating or reducing all the existing defects, collecting the desired interests, increasing them and avoiding the expected losses in all matters of religion and the world. The second topic tackles the types of legitimate policy represented in religious purposes to establish the religion and the consequent matters; in addition to the purposes of the world represented in the regularity of the conditions of the nation achieving interests and averting the disadvantages such as stability and security and providing the economic necessities that Muslims need. The third topic tackles the provisions of the legitimate policy, which is the most diligent in spreading Daw'ah (calling people to Islam), in the light of the call accompanied by evidence and proof, and the compelling call accompanied by the sword upon the rogue who despised and arrogated after the clarity of the religion. The article is concluded by referring to the tools that achieve the objectives of the legitimate policy represented in finding a powerful police force capable of achieving stability and security in the light of its commitment to the provisions of the Shari'a, and providing them with all the necessary means to enable him to perform their duties in the best manner.

هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن مقاصد السياسة الشرعية. اشتمل المقال على ثلاثة محاور جوهرية. المحور الأول تناول التعريف العام من السياسة الشرعية، هي المحافظة على المصالح القائمة وتكميلها وإزالة المفاسد الموجودة بالكلية أو تقليلها، وتحصيل ما يمكن تحصيله من المصالح المرجوة وتكثيرها ودفع ما يمكن دفعه من المفاسد المتوقعة، وذلك في مسائل الدين والدنيا جميعاً.
كما تتبع في المحور الثاني أنواع السياسة الشرعية، تمثلت في مقاصد دينية في إقامة الدين وما يترتب على ذلك من أمور. أيضاً مقاصد دنيوية تتمثل في انتظام أحوال الأمة وجلب المصالح ودفع المفاسد كالاستقرار وحفظ الأمن وتوفير الحاجات الاقتصادية التي يحتاجها المسلمون.
والمحور الثالث تطرق إلى أحكام السياسة الشرعية، وهي الاجتهاد الشديد في نشر الدعوة، في ضوء الدعوة المقرونة بالأدلة والبراهين، والدعوة القهرية المؤيدة بالسيف المسلول على المارقين الذين أبوا واستكبروا بعد وضوح الحق المبين.
واختتم المقال بالإشارة إلى الأدوات التي تحقق مقصود السياسة الشرعية، تمثلت في إيجاد جهاز شرطة قوى قادر على تحقيق الاستقرار وحفظ الأمن في ضوء التزامه بأحكام الشريعة، وتزويده بكل ما يحتاج من إمكانات لتعينه على القيام بمهامه على أحسن الوجوه.
