المستخلص: The result of the study of guineafowl egg physical characteristics (Numida meleagris) compared to Beldi strains are as follows: There is no significant variation within group. The tufted guinea- fowl egg had shown high significance in weight than Beldi strains (39.6619±3.4909g) and Beldi strains (37.9362±4.1473). Volume of guineafowl (36.3345±3.728cm3) Beldi strains (33.49±3.4547cm2) and specific gravity of guineafowl for eggs (1.2421±0.0377g/cm3) Beldi strains (1.1584±0.01803cm3). The length of diameter, shape index and diameter had shown no significance, the length of longitudinal diameter of guineafowl egg (37.4196±2,803mm). The cross diameter (48.8625±2.1484mm), Beldi strains of guineafowl (77. ±4.84) Beldi strains (37.131±1.662). The yolk weight had shown low significant difference in guinea- fowl egg (11.156±2.1546g), Beldi strains (13.5333±9.1732g) and per¬centage of yolk of gunieafowl (29.54±0.04779) Beldi strains (36.20±0.2401g). The yolk height of Beldi strains is higher than guineafowl (10.6946±5.336mm), Beldi strains (12.4937±4.3309)mm). The yolk colour of guineafowl egg had shown high significrce than Beldi strains, guineafowl (11.0893±2.0025), Beldi strains (5.2459±1.9555), yolk index and yolk diameter showed low signifi- cance in guineafowl than Beldi strains. Guineafowl (30.26+14.76), Beldi stains (33.47+ 1.0098). The diameter of guineafowl egg (33.866± 11.4442mm), Beldi strains (36.5206+8.7198mm), the shell thickness was insignificant for guineafolw (0.5154±0.0689mm), Beldi strains (0.5293±0.0727mm). The shell weight and percentage of shell weight were highly signif¬icant. Shell weight of guieafowl egg (7.313±1.40458g), Beldi strains (4.4021±0.7636g). The shell weight percentage of guineafowl (18.51+0.0313%) Beldi strains (11.93±0.01632%). The albumen weight and albumen weight percentage had shown no significance the albumen weight of guineafowl egg (19.4285±3.4332g), Beldi strains (19.003±2.9525g). The percentage of guineafowl egg albumen (49.14±7.42), Beldi strains (50.84+2.1001), Beldi strains (5.8597+0.7983). The surface area had shown no significance. The surface area in guineafowl (33.4960±3.4547), Beldi strains (35.3032±2.9084). Haugh unit had shown low significance, in guineafowl (93.2465±15.7444), Beldi strain (91.8184±6.4168).
