This study developments in water at the end of the twentieth century (beginning 21) especially in the Eastern Nile equatorial Al nature morphological water as water basis of life and essential to the survival of humankind and save ecosystems above ground as well as national and regional legislation and international water which separates water conflicts between States in anticipation of conflicts and disputes between States that share water resources. And then look for water in the international system « considering that water is of prime importance in shaping the future of the world and negatively and positively in international peace and security and global forces sought to secure their interests ‘investments and water strategies service.
