المستخلص: Iraq has great importance in the history of Arabic Islamic state of hsstarategic position and the diffwat human and finwnalabihitiws For this reasons the leaders of the Islamic state did their best to choose the most compelteal people to govern such a country espeually during the umayyadagwwhieh is the main focus of this re searchsinc Iraq and its people were amony the biglosers from the pohitical changes which oecured and torought the Umayyad to rule overthem by force shifting the capital of thr Islamic state from Kufa to Damascus.For the reasons meatonel above Iraq and its people were the firest to oppose the umayyads and their policy .this made the umayyad to make a lot of checking and thinking of the qunlificutwrs of the governors to be appointed to rule over Iraq. Many of the governors failed to do their jop and dismissed for many reasons such as administrative failareusiy their anthorities for their ownbenefitssteatting the treasunre and the dissati faction of people concenning the policiey the governor . This research is a simple attwmpt to uncover the reason for their dismissal and they were dismissed and the measures taken after the dismissal. Thw methodology of thin researcg is to explore the stutes of dissmissig in thir time sequence and to explain the reasons for them. The research relied on many sourcs and referencs which pnrticipatel in varions percentages in drawi of the picture we aimed at.thesesourcer and refereaces are incluled in the bibliography.
