المستخلص: Waqf contributed in preserving the Islamic society fully cured from the bad deeds of ruling , so we have to reuse it . The weakness is not in Waqf itself but in those who are in responsible of it . and Charity , stands on legal bases from the Waqf In its two types : Domestic Holy Quran and the prophets Mohammed Sina and the gather of nation , which stayed prachicing it in the present time . Its types had varied from buildings , money . It is spent in different fields of social , military and political life . Waqf had treated many fields of life , It played a vital rule in the development in the previons eras : in the religious field , The role of Waqf is very distinct in building Mosques and the institutions of Teaching the Hole Quran and Hadith . Waqf had rule in education and teaching through spreading sciences and building librares and schools . In the social field it qualified the humans and participated to lessen the bad effect of the social crisis. In Health sector, it builds hospitals and health and nursing schools etc . Our interest in Waqf is a participation to crown the Ayyabain deeds who contributed splendidly in the civilization through all times . Their contribution reflects their being gemun and it indicates Islamic identity which is known by its humanistic civilization gained by the Islamic Arabic state and its societies in Sham . The importance of this subject demands to divide it in to Introduction and three chapters . The introduction deals with the explanation of Waqf , its definitions , linguistically and terminologically , its legislation . This thesis has displayed the poientviews of the four Fiqh schools . to clarify the proofs in which each school depends on taking in to consideration the chronological period the death of the founders of these schools we begin by Alhanafyia , Malikiya Alshafiya , the Hanbaly .

The types and their importance hare been explained .Its history beginning before the Ayyobian period clarifying the first Waqf that the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him has left , then his followers and the Anticedars ( Altabyeen ) who followed him , not only men , but wealthy woman who participated in charity . Then the regularities which have been occurred in the Umayad era have been clarified . Then it is extended to the Abassy and Ayyobi period . Then an introduction to the Administration and the supervision of Alwaqf have been presented . Chapter one deals with the religious waqf which includes mosques , and schools that belong to them have been discussed in delails , Those who ran it , their teachers , their position and the most important subjects taught in it and its activities . It deals in details with the role of Holy Quran and Hadith in Damusus , Alepo , Quds and Balabak . Then Waqf of Alrabt , Alkhwanik and Alzawiya has been disussed beginning with its importance and its definition . Its historical development , Its importance to be taken as a lodging for people to worship and study so it played a distinct scientific role . It is a place for combiling and publishing waqf Alkanka has been clarified which had been found by Ayyubian Salahaddin indicating the most important proceedings that are taken to document waqf and the mony and viliages with all their services have been documented . Chapter two discusses the most important schools of Damusus waqf . Alepo , Quds and Balabak with explaining in details all their schools , The names of those who run them and their lecturers taking in to considartion the scientific marsh if these schools until the Ayyobian era . Chapter Three includes the libraries that are considered as waqf in Ayyobian era in all their types whether it is a medical school , school libraries or mosque or local libraries . In this chapter the hospitals waqf and medical schools in the Ayyobian era has been clarified ,indicating the waqf of Al Salahi Bemarstan which was found by Salahu Alddin Al Ayyobi All its waqf have been discussed in details to he as a witness in this Era . The wheels and rivers , bathrooms waqf which had contributed in the social field and protected the fine Islamic society have been discussed for e.g. waqf Al_ Dara of orphans and their clotheing , nursery mother s , youth marriage , in addition to the nutrition of animals . So this study demands a large number of resources in our Islamic and Arabic heritage , so it includes history , Fiqh , translations , layers , Books of charities and journies and the linguistic and Geographical Dictionaries .
