This dissertation "Fundamentalist Graduation of jurisprudence of Al-Emam Abi Al-Hasan Al-Merginani in his book the Proselytizing department of Worships" contains fundamentalist information and collecting it from Proselytizing book of Al-Emam and it is Hanafian dependable book. In this dissertation I have made a beginning chapter I identified in it the meaning of Fundamentalist Graduation and its starting since establishing and developing and most of famous persons whom classified in this filed in ancient and present an I have used Emam Al-Merginani's life and establishing also his students and his scientific producing and his situation between religion's jurisprudence and then I have made doors on the Fundamentalist after studying it and then researching on it in present books and in ancient books with searching on Fundamentalist information which I collected it from book of jurisprudence and getting out jurisprudence's applications which I chose under origin of these origins and then I have explained the faces of differences in this application with mentioning origin or guide from the book or collections or measurements …etc. and comparing it with Shafi's origins or other origins. In this subject I have divided it into introductive chapter and clearing introduction and denouement. The introductive chapter included two searches, the first one was about intension of Fundamentalist Graduation and identifying it and it's establishing and classified books in that field, the second one was about the life of Al-Emam Al-Merginani and its establishing and mentioning elders whom each one has it scientific place and scientific producing. The first door included three chapters, the first one about Fundamentalist Graduation about the matters concerned with judgments and its situational departments, and the second chapter included Fundamentalist Graduation for matters concerned on judgments rules and the governor and governable on it and the matters concerned with charging and competent and its effectiveness, and the third chapter about Fundamentalist Graduation for the matters concerned with judgment's evidences such as book and Sunna and collecting and measurement and these evidence have been agreed on it with traditions and catch-words of friends and these evidences there is disaccording on it. The second door is about matters concerned with rules of extrapolating and matters of grindings and its included two chapters, the first one about Fundamentalist Graduation for matters concerned with denotation of pronunciation on the meanings such as matters concerned with considering the meanings pronunciation or by other meaning the way of how to use the denotation on the meanings …, and the second chapter it was about the matters concerned with denotation's conflicting and grinding and it included two searches, the first one about conflicting and methods of pushing it and the second one about grinding that I found it through my studying for this book and then I have translated into un-famous scientists, this is was my work in this scientific dissertation .
