المستخلص: Work devoted to Study one of the Political Parties which Played an Important Part in Political field in times work through the first roots and environment in which this Party establish and how the mentioned Party enter the Political Party in Britain and the Compition between the two major Parties in Country . Labour Party Could Solve all its disputes in April and Worked to Unify all abilities to make all abilities in one formations .There fore, Labour Party appeared to achieve great . achieve ments which enriched the developments of the Labours themselves . While Labours suffered of every thing in their life , the became from the dieision makers to treat with their problems during the previous days .They seeked to be involved in the political process and entering the compitition between the major parties in their countries aiming to be in power . This study Consists of four shapters in addition to abstract and a list of sources and references. The first chapter deals with explanation of working layer after the industrial revolution and its negative sequences on labours which led to appear some organizations that adopted defending of labour wrights such as the Socialist Democratic Fadation and Fabian Society as well as the Independet Labour Party . In relation with the second chapter , it devoted to the efforts of Labours and their representatives in order to unify the Labour forces ,these efforts achieved the success in formation of committee of Labour representation ang then appearing the Labour Party in 1906. Regarding the third Chapter , it concerns with Labour Party during the period of first World War and its attempt not to wag the War . In addition ,Chapter three treats the differences happened among them or inside it . found the best solution to treat the Labours Problems. Chapter Four concerns with the development of the way of Party through solving the internal and external cases , this Chapter in cludes the appearance of the first Labour government in 1924 and their reasons . This study found out some recommendations as following..

1- Appearance the industrial revelution was the main reason for appearing the Labour layer and them the treatment adopted by the owners of factories with Labours .This question led to appear communities and orgonizations Whish defended of Labours wrights and then the governmental rules issued to prevent the trade Labour under Justification that it supported these communities . Recently . al these reasons walked in same trencl to form a Party defended of Labours . 2- Labours lost the confidence in Parties available in country and they made sure that these Parties served their interests only and they have no relations with the matter of Labour layer and Labour Problems . This is the reason which encourage them to establish a Private Party to achieve best life for Labours . 3- The results of elections in 1906 , Labours played their importaut Party to get their wrights through their enterance the Political field as a force with high activity. 4- Labour Party as a private Party for Labour layer . Party could form itself to represent as a Party for People entirely through their attempts to avoide dangers from People and achieving their applications and neecls through its presence in perlemantary or government . 5- Although the mistakes committed by Party against its representatires in the periocl of first Warld War , but it improved , depending on saving a part of them some war reqylrments and to prove its ability in the dangers at that stage . 6- Laour Party couldn,t keep its plan and their leaders during the establishment and all these things are negative indicators in devending tawards the power on other countries, especially what happened now in Iraq such as occupation killing and controlling against our country abilities ,As a Labour Party endly , it may appear pearons taken of Keir Hardie and some of his colleaques as typic ones for retyring the Party hearing as what Was previously.
