المستخلص: Egypt lived under rule of one system party or one political organization for quarter century, in spite of change the name of organization from corpus of liberation in 1953 to national union in 1956 then Arabic socialist union in 1962, except when the new formula essence for rule it's rule cornering for one political organization and disbarment party multiplicity, and canceling any appearance for general political competition, and resulting of evolution that certified the Egyptian community in beginning of seventies in economical, sociological and political areas, that started on the imprint of movement 15 may 1971 and what of result from changing in exoteric political of Egypt, and controlling of Al Sadaat on the rule after displace of contraries for him, and prevailing of Egypt in October's war in 1973, Egypt comeback another time in May 1976 to rule of party multiplicity by decision of republic president then intricate in 29 March 1976 three political organization in eternal of social union, and after entering this organizations in elections in 1976. Decided AL Sadaat converting this political organization to political party, and it's Egypt party the socialistic Arabic, and socialistic fancy-free party, and national aggregation party, then formed another parties out formula the political organization and involve the parties: national party, delegation party and working party.

Conclusion of thesis that in spite of multiplicity of partials become figure without of purport , in spite of making multiple party in Egypt, so national party it's controller on institute of res- publican in him. This thesis divided into three chapter, First chapter take up in union party, After canceling the evolution 30 June 1962 the political parties, and mentioned in him to solve parties after evolution and standing the political systematizations, and replay the formation of the Arabic- Social Union. As to second chapter at reach for the democratic evolution to make the partiality multiplicity to involve making the movement of 15 May 1971, Al Sadaat take charge of the authority and then deal with paper of evolution the socialistic union and making Al Manaaber then converting it to systematizations and entered it`s systematizations in election of people`s chancery in 1976, and after of this events, this systemizations converted to political parties. At the time when the third chapter is reached for the partiality multiplicity to include the parties that appeared from internal of the three systematizations that established from out of systematizations then demonstrated attitude the political forces from converting process to partiality multiplicity.
