المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية استخدام خدمة الفرد الجماعية في تدعيم قيم المواطنة من خلال دراسة مطبقة على عينة من طلاب مدرسة إطسا الثانوية المشتركة بمحافظة الفيوم. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي القائم على التصميم التجريبي على مجموعة واحدة وهي المجموعة التجريبية. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (20) طالب بالصف الثاني الثانوي من الطلاب المقيدين بمدرسة إطسا الثانوية التجارية المشتركة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استمارة البيانات الأولية لعينة الدراسة، وكذلك مقياس تدعيم قيم المواطنة. وارتكزت الدراسة على محور رئيسي، حيث ناقش مدى فعالية استخدام خدمة الفرد الجماعية في تدعيم قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية التجارية والتي تمثلت في (قيمة الحرص على المصلحة العامة، وقيمة احترام السلطة والقانون، وقيمة الانتماء، وقيمة المشاركة المجتمعية والسياسية). وجاءت نتائج الدراسة مؤكدة على أن مهنة ولي الأمر لم تلعب دوراً بالغ التأثير في تدعيم قيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب عينة الدراسة، ولعل ذلك لانشغال ولي الأمر في الحصول على الرزق أو لقمة العيش. كما أوضحت النتائج أن البيئة سواء ريف أو حضر ليس لها تأثير على تدعيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن وجود الفرد داخل جماعة يكسبه الوعي بذاته وبالآخرين خلال التفاعل الاجتماعي والمواقف التي يمرون بها، وأن تواجده في جماعة يوفر فرصاً اجتماعية ملموسة لاكتشاف الطرق الجديدة للتعاون والمشاركة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة حصول الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين على دورات تدريبية بصورة مستمرة لإثراء هذا الجانب لديهم، وتثقيفهم بالقدر الذي يمكنهم من غرس قيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب. كما أوصت بضرورة تضمين المناهج الدراسية في مراحل التعليم المختلفة قيم المواطنة.

The study aimed at uncovering the effectiveness of the use of the collective individual service in strengthening the values of the citizenship. This is through a study applied to a sample of students of the Iitsa secondary girls\boys school in Fayoum governorate. This study was based on experimental method which is based on the experimental design on one group, which is the experimental group. The research group consisted of (20) students in the second grade of the secondary stage of the students in the school of Iitsa Secondary Commercial girls\boys school. The study tools represented in the preliminary data form of the study sample, as well as the scale of strengthening the values of citizenship. The study focused on the importance of using the collective individual service to strengthen the values of the citizenship among the high school students, which were (the value of keeping the public interest, the value of respecting the authority and law, the value of belonging, and the value of community and political participation). The results of the study confirmed that the profession of the parent did not play a very influential role in strengthening the values of the citizenship among the students sample study, perhaps because of the concern of the parents to obtain a livelihood or earning the money. The results also showed that the environment, whether the rural or the urban environment, has no effect on strengthening of the students citizenship. The results of the study also found that the presence of the individual within a group makes him acquire the self-awareness of himself and the awareness of others during the social interaction and the situations they undergo, and that his presence in the society provides him with social opportunities to discover new ways of cooperation and participation. The study recommended the need for the social workers to undergo training courses in a regular manner. This is in order to enrich this aspect in them and to educate them to the extent that enables them to instill the values of the citizenship among the students. It also recommended the inclusion of the values of the citizenship in the curriculums of the different stages of the education..
