This research aims to the evaluation of the Egyptian Union for Sport for All using balanced performance card through the following dimensions (financial side - inner operation processes - learning; growth and training processes - beneficial) to reach to put a proposed model for performance evaluation at the federation. The researcher used the descriptive curriculum. And the research sample reached (90) of the working leaderships in the field of the sport for all at the clubs the federation's members provided that they spent (5) years at least of experience and working with the federation. Also they should have high qualification and they are chosen intentionally from all member governorates of the republic at the federation and they reached (15) governorates. The most important results that the researcher reached to proposed model to evaluate the federation including the following: aim of the model, framing the strategic vision for the federation, system of working with the model, the model substrates, the model levels, pyramidal building of the model, and the indices of the evaluation of performance with the federation.
