المستخلص: The aim of this article was to review questions about minorities and if they have sovereign rights? The article mentioned that modern countries are proud of the laws of human rights and minority rights, but they sometimes fail in practicing and applying them within their home countries, and they sometimes work to legislate laws that conflict with those rights. The article pointed out that there are minorities that reveal more about the differences between human rights and the sovereign rights of States, whether they are laws or practices. The article also tackled the Shiites as an example of minorities among the Sunnis. Moreover, the article showed the danger of minorities in the Sunni sector as a model for the danger of minorities and the consequences of that. The article also pointed to several concepts that require consideration. Eventually, the article turned to the human rights campaign aimed at overcoming sovereignty to protect individual freedom, respect individual rights, and achieve self-fulfillment. The most surprisingly issue is that most human rights campaigner and individuals are working on a policy that aim to make sovereignty easy to penetrate on the pretext that the world is in urge need for the West.

هدف المقال إلى استعراض تساءلا عن الأقليات وهل لديهم حقوقا سياديا؟ وأشار المقال إلى أن الدول الحديثة تفخر بقوانين حقوق الإنسان وحقوق الأقليات، ولكنها أحيانا تخفق في الممارسات والتطبيقات داخل أوطانها، بل وأحيانا أخرى تعمل على تشريع القوانين التي تتعارض مع تلك الحقوق. وأوضح المقال أنه يوجد أقليات تكشف أكثر عن الفوارق بين الحقوق الإنسانية وحقوق السيادة لدى الدول، سواء كانت قوانين أو ممارسات. كما تحدث المقال عن الشيعة كمثال للأقليات وسط أهل السنة، وأظهر خطر الأقليات في الوسط السني كنموذج لخطر الأقليات وما يترتب عن ذلك. كما أشار المقال إلى عده مفاهيم تستوجب النظر. وختاما تحدث المقال عن حملة حقوق الإنسان التي تستهدف تجاوز السيادة؛ لحماية الحرية الفردية، وتوفير الاحترام لحقوق الفرد، وتحقيق الذات، والأكثر غرابة هي أن أكثر حملة راية حقوق الإنسان والفرد يعملون على سياسة تستهدف جعل السيادة سهلة الاختراق، بحجة أن العالم يحتاج إلى الغرب.
