|e هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مركز البحوث التربوية والنفسية: البداية الرصينة والانجاز العلمي والبحثي وآفاق المستقبل. وجاءت في عدة نقاط شملت المقدمة نبذة تاريخية عن تأسيس المركز. ومدراء المركز منذ تأسيسه وشخصيات تربوية ونفسية عملت في المركز أو تعاونت معه. كما تطرقت الدراسة لعرض الاستراتيجية العامة للمركز من حيث الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف والمهمات والوسائل وآليات العمل. وانتقلت الدراسة في عرضها لتوضيح الهيكلة التنظيمية وتوصيف الأعمال لأقسام ووحدات المركز حيث شملت مجلس المركز ووحدة السكرتارية والقلم السري ووحدة الرقابة والتدقيق ووحدة صندوق التعليم العالي والأقسام العلمية ووحده الإدارة والمكتبة ووحدة الشئون العلمية ووحدة المجلة العلمية ووحدة الترجمة ووحدة الإعلام والمعلوماتية والتعليم المستمر ووحدة الدراسات والتخطيط والمتابعة ووحدة ضمان الجودة والأداء الجامعي ووحدة الحسابات والمخزن ووحدة الصيانة والخدمات. وتناولت الدراسة ملامح الاستراتيجيات العامة للمركز وفيها تطوير الجانب الأكاديمي والبحثي وتطوير الجودة والأداء. والسياسات العامة للمركز والبرنامج العلمي لتنفيذه. واختتمت الدراسة بشرح لجان المركز واصداراته.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The study aims to shed light on the educational and psychological research center regarding the serious beginning, the scientific and research achievement and prospects. The study illustrates several points; an introduction about a historical overview of the establishment of the center, the directors of the center since its establishment and educational psychological figures who are working in the center or cooperate with it. The study also tackles the general strategy of the Center in terms of vision, mission, objectives, tasks, means and mechanisms of action. The study then reviews the organizational structure, the characterization of the centers and units work, including the center council, the secretarial unit, the secret pen, the control and auditing unit, the higher education fund, the scientific departments, the management unit, the library, the scientific affairs, the scientific journal, the translation unit, media and information unit, the continuous education, studies, planning and follow-up unit, quality assurance, university performance, accounts and storage unit, maintenance and services unit.\n The study tackles the general strategies of the center including developing the academic and research aspects and the development of quality and performance; in addition to, the general policies of the center and the scientific program for its implementation.
