هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مقدرة العملية التعليمية في الأقسام المحاسبية في الجامعات الأردنية على تخريج كوادر محاسبية مؤهلة من وجهة نظر الخريجين، حيث تم تصنيف المتغير المستقل المتمثل بالعملية التعليمية إلى مناهج التدريس، الخطط الدراسية، أساليب التدريس والبيئة الجامعية، وصنف المتغير التابع المتمثل بالكوادر المحاسبية المؤهلة إلى الجوانب النظرية، الجوانب العملية، تعزيز فهم الخريج للتخصص، وبناء شخصية متوازنة علمياً وتربوياً، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة تتضمن 33 فقرة، حيث وزعت 300 استبانة على خريجي قسم المحاسبة ممن يحملون درجة البكالوريوس، ويعملون في مختلف المؤسسات والشركات والمستشفيات في محافظة عمان، فتم استرداد 269 استبانة صالحة للتحليل بنسبة استجابة 89.67%، وخلصت إلى أن: أ. مناهج التدريس قادرة على تزويد الخريج بما يحتاجه من جوانب نظرية بنسبة 67.00%. ب. عدم مقدرة العملية التعليمية في الأقسام المحاسبية في الجامعات الأردنية على تخريج كوادر محاسبية مؤهلة ومتوائمة مع متطلبات سوق العمل وذلك نتيجة ل: 1. أن الخطط الدراسية غير قادرة على تهيئة الخريج من الناحية العملية لمواجهة الواقع. 2. أن أساليب التدريس الحالية غير قادرة على تعزيز فهم الخريج لتخصصه. 3. أن البيئة الجامعية (الأنظمة والقوانين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرات والندوات) غير قادرة على بناء شخصية متوازنة للخريج تجمع بين العلم والتربية. ويوصي الباحث بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: أ. التركيز على مواءمة مخرجات التعليم مع متطلبات سوق العمل من خلال: 1. إعادة تقييم المناهج التدريسية والخطط الدراسية المتبعة في الأقسام المحاسبية في الجامعات الأردنية، وإعداد خطط تشتمل على جوانب عملية ونظرية مع توحيد الخطط لجميع الجامعات. 2. إجراء دورات لتأهيل الخريجين عملياً من الناحية اليدوية (الدفاتر المحاسبية اليدوية) ومن الناحية الإلكترونية (البرامج المحاسبية الحاسوبية). 3. قيام الأقسام المحاسبية في الجامعات الأردنية بدراسة مناهج التدريس وما يتناسب معها من أساليب للتدريس مع توفير الإمكانات المرتبطة بهذه الأساليب. ب. إلزام الجامعات بعقد الندوات والمحاضرات لتعزيز الوازع الديني والأخلاقي، وبيان أهمية البيئة الجامعية في بناء الشخصية وتعزيز الفهم الصحيح للحياة الجامعية التي أصبحت لدى كثير من الطلبة مرتعاً للعلاقات المحرمة وبيئة للفساد.
This study aims to illustrate the Ability of Teaching Process in Accounting Departments of Jordan Universities to graduate Qualified Accounting Cadre, whereas the independent variable that represented with Teaching Process has been distributed to: Teaching Plans, Teaching Methods and University Environment. As well as, the subsequent variable represented with Qualified Accounting Cadre has been distributed to: theoretical aspects, practical aspects, reinforcing the graduate understanding of the major, building scientifically and educationally balanced personality; a 33 paragraph questionnaire has been prepared to achieve the purpose of the study, whereas the 300 questionnaires have been distributed to accounting department graduates who have Bachelor Degree and work in different institutions, companies and hospitals in Amman; 269 valid questionnaires have been recovered to be analyzed with 89.67% response, and summarized to: a. The Curriculums are able to provide the graduate with what theoretical aspects need with 67.00%. b. Teaching Process in Accounting Departments of Jordan Universities isn’t able to graduate qualified and appropriate Accounting Cadre with market labour needs, as a result of: 1. Teaching Plans aren’t able to prepare a graduate in respect of practical aspect to meet the actual. 2. Current Teaching Methods aren’t able to reinforce the understanding of graduate for his major. 3. Universities Environment (Systems, Rules, Teaching Staff, lectures and Seminars) isn’t able to build balanced personality of the graduate gathered between learning and education. The research recommends the followings: a. Focusing on the suitability of teaching outcomes with market labour needs. 1. Reevaluate curriculums and teaching plans related to accounting departments in the Jordan universities and prepare plans contain theoretical and practical aspects and unifying the plans for all universities. 2. Performing Courses to qualify the graduates practically in respect of manual (Manual Accounting Book) and electronic (Accounting Software). 3. The accounting departments in the Jordan Universities should study the curriculums and what suit of teaching methods with providing the abilities related to these methods. b. Forcing universities to held seminars, lectures to reinforce religious and ethical restraint and illustrating the importance of university environment in building the personality and reinforce the proper understanding of university life that became for most students the place for prohibited relationships and decay environment.
