The recent economic History of Algeria reveals a blocking of the transformation of the savings into investment. Beyond the conventional diagnosis that involves the failure of the banking system, this blocking is the macroeconomic expression of a deep crisis of the mode of regulation of the economy as a whole. This is the idea that we propose, in what follows, to support. L’Histoire économique récente de l’Algérie révèle un blocage de la transformation de l’épargne en investissement. Par-delà le diagnostic classique qui met en cause la défaillance du système bancaire, ce blocage est l’expression macroéconomique d’une crise profonde du mode de régulation de l’économie dans son ensemble. Telle est l’idée que nous nous proposons, dans ce qui suit, d’étayer. |
