المستخلص: إن مفهوم الذات المهني ذو بعدين الأول إيجابي يرفع من مستوى المهنة في حين من يحملون مفهوم ذات سلبي عن مهنة الإرشاد من المرشدين التربويين يكونون مشكلة في العملية التربوية ولا يمكن أن يؤدوا واجباتهم على أكمل وجه بل لم يسهموا في حل المشكلات بشكل إيجابي ومتكامل، إن مفهوم الذات المهني للمرشدين التربويين لهم دور كبير ومهم في إنجاز الأعمال الموكلة إليه والمشكلات التي يقوم بحلها ومساعدة المسترشدين في إيجاد حلول مناسبة لها فلابد للمرشد الناجح أن يتصف وتحلى بصفات شخصية وبدنية وعقلية وثقافية اجتماعية ومفهوم ذات مهني عالمي يمكنه في أن يجد ويجتهد في حل المشكلات، وتعد معرفة الكافيات الذاتية الخاصة لدى المرشد التربوي أحد أسس العمل الإرشادي فضلاً عن السمات الشخصية وخصائصها أحد العوامل المؤثرة في ذاته وأدائه، وقد أكد (سوبر 1977) وأضاف بعداً وهو المغامرة فضلاً عن بعدي المجال والمستوى على تفضيل بعض الأفراد لوظيفة محددة يعتمد عن نوع النشاط الذي يزاوله، وتبرز أهمية البحث من خلال تسليط الضوء على متغيري مفهوم الذات المهني والكفاية الذاتية وبناء مقياسين لمفهوم الذات المهني والكفاية الذاتية، واستهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس مفهوم الذات المهني وقياس الكفاية الذاتية لدى المرشدين التربويين وإيجاد العلاقة بين المتغيرين وتوصل الباحث إلى أن عينة البحث يتمتعون بمفهوم ذات عالي وبدلالة إحصائية وتوصل كذلك إلى أن المرشدين والمرشدات لا يتمتعون بكفاية ذاتية عالية، وأن العلاقة الارتباطية بين مفهوم الذات المهني والكفاية الذاتية علاقة قوية إلا أنها سالبة وعكسية، وعلى ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تخص البحث ...

The concept of self-vocation has two dimensions, the first is positive which raises the level of vocation, whereas those who have negative self-vocation about the counseling occupation like educational counselors are regarded as a problem in the educational process where they cannot perform their duties properly or they do not participate in solving problems positively and completely. The concept of self- vocation of educational counselors has great and significant role in performing the tasks , solving problems and helping clients in finding appropriate solutions for their issues. Accordingly, successful counselor has to be characterized withpersonal, physical, intellectual, cultural and social features in addition to high self¬vocation which enable him in finding and engaging in solving problems effectively. Knowing special self-efficiency of the educational counselor is one of the basic components of the counseling work. Moreover, the personal traits and their characteristics are from the influential factors in his performance and self. Super (1977) asserts and adds another dimension, namely, adventure besides the dimensions of field and the scientific level in the preference of certain person for certain occupation which depends on the type of the given work. The importance of this research presents in shedding light on the two variables of the present study, namely, self-vocation and self-efficiency and constructing two scales for the concepts of self-vocation and self-efficiency. The present research aims at measuring self-vocation and self-efficiency of educational counselors and finding the relationship between them. The results show that the sample of the study has high and statistically significant of self vocation. Also, the educational counselors(males and females) do not have high self efficiency. However, the coefficient correlation between these two variables is strong, yet negative and reversal. According to these results, the researcher has put forward number of recommendations and suggestions.
