Dans cette perspective, Nous essayerons d'après ce travail de présenter le management par projet comme nouveau défi organisationnel et managérial des entreprises, destiné à gérer le changement et à améliorer continuellement la performance globale des activités, dans un milieu de travail de plus en plus contraignant. | ||
